The hotel was in a good location. About 20 mins walk to the Louvre. Rooms are extremely small and toilet area is ridiculously small. Rooms was updated and clean. A good location to explore from. Friendly staff and lots of nice restaurants and pubs close by to chose from.

We loved the location for dining options, shopping and our room was quiet at night. We were there just one night as we were flying home the next day. Our room was cute but very small, even for European standards. We left early for the airport the next morning before the restaurant opened for breakfast and they gave us fresh oj, coffee and a croissant to go.!! Very nice!

The bed was everything, our first night I needed to get a good nights sleep and did every night with no problem! Stayed for 5 nights. Hotel staff was great each and every person. Ask for room 501 great view. Loved the restaurant breakfast was good, I loved the yogurt with all the different kinds of nuts on it and a touch of honey prefect. I will stay here again no problem.

The pictures are not what it shows in the Internet. Room and hotel was very old and had weird smell. The moment I walked in which was like at 11:30pm I knew I couldn’t stay there. I had sent a message earlier and informed them it was for my husbands birthday. When my husband tried to turn TV on, it wasn’t working. Regardless I couldn’t stay there so the 15-30mins we were there was to figure out how to look for another hotel. We left midnight to another hotel. There was no refund. I don’t recommend.

Mould in bathroom & homeless sleep outside

It’s a basic room, ok for somewhere to lay your head but the shower was in terrible condition & in need of a deep clean to remove black mould. Someone tried our room door handle at 3am, I reported it to security who told me I was wrong. I was not mistaken, I got the fear of my life & did not feel safe then onward. There are homeless people who stay right outside the hotel entrance to the left, who we could see from our room window. They leave their cardboard boxes and belongings there all day. As well as leaving bottles of urine by the doors. I would not return and would advise for safety to avoid this hotel

Good location near a number of metro stations making getting around really easy. Staff were lovely and really helpful. Near an amazing street for food-Rue Montorguiel, about 10 minutes walk away. Also able to walk to attractions in about 30 minutes if you don’t want to take metro.

I had a lot of problems in this hotel. When we first arrived, the key cards to the room weren’t working and when we finally were able to get into the room, there was a very fishy/musty smell. They also advertise that they had air conditioning, but when we got there, it was super hot outside and when we asked about turning on the air-conditioning, they said that it was a central unit and it couldn’t be turned on because in the following days, it was gonna be cold. It was like 80°F outside (and in my opinion that constitutes as a temperature that requires AC) and to be told that we couldn’t turn the AC on was very inconvenient. We decided to call Expedia and after Expedia talk to the hotel they were able to turn the AC on so that just made me think that they didn’t wanna do it in the first place when we asked and that’s why it wasn’t the best experience for me. I do have to say that when the smell in the first room that we were at was very strong and I asked the reception to give me another room. They were accommodating and they did move me to another room. Again in that room, the smell was still present so I think it’s a hotel-wide problem but we open the smell did go away. The area is not central to all the main Paris attractions, but there are bikes super close that you can rent and it was pretty accessible and easy to use and overall the best mode of transportation that I found.
