This was a poor hotel, would not recommend. Our hotel room was very old and dirty, the carpet was disgusting and the bathroom was very old. The hotel also did not have AIR conditioner. The staff was not very welcoming and they did not hold our luggage on the day of checkout either.

I like the staff friendlyness, however the bathroom needs a major update, I will say.. maybe change to only showers instead of a bath tub very hard to shower without wetting the floors, no curtains to stop the water, no A/C and in a season of heatwaves should be a must! it was okay!

Family Vacation

We had a pleasant family stay, 2 adults, 2 kids. The hotel room was very spacious and suitable for our stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Things to note, there is no air conditioning. The hotel provided fans. There are only two electrical outlets for either charging your phones or using the fans. The temperature was in the 70's Fahrenheit during the day and cooler at night, so we just opened the windows. There was a bathtub in the bathroom with a small handheld showerhead. It worked fine for us, but might be an issue for someone with mobility challenges.

I was surprised at the low quality of the hotel. They claim to have breakfast if you pay and it is basically cereal. There were no amenities. Our floor sink down in the middle of the room and we had a mouse in the bathroom in the evening.

It was an overall great stay, close to the metro, right out front by the market & plenty of food places nearby! The facility itself is visibly older & less refine but I’m not complaining about that, as long as it felt safe. Which it did, they had 24hrs desk person. I did feel that it was peculiar that you had to leave your room key at the desk every single time you left the building. This was the first I heard of that. Additionally, there was one instance that a cleaning staff opened the door as I was changing & did not shut it right away after I responded with shock. It was the day before we were checking out- I can tell she did not mean anything bad about it but I felt she should have shut the door quickly and not stand there for a few more seconds lol

Starting with the bad, this hotel lacks air conditioning, and one of the staff members is often lounging around, sometimes even on the phone during working hours. These two notes aside, the hotel is in an excellent location in a safe, walkable neighborhood, and sits directly on line 12 of the metro, making it incredibly convenient for travel. The hotel always seemed very clean (although I didn't black light check or anything). and the staff (aside from the one person) was always very professional, helpful, and even funny at times. Given the price, the room is of decent size, and the lack of air conditioning just encourages travelers to get out of the room and explore the city.

It is an old style building hasn’t been updated to current lifestyle. The ceiling is very low. The room is small. The bathroom is separate from shower. The is no space to wash hand in the bathroom. The shower room doesn’t have curtains to stop water to leak to the floor. It is a tiny shower room. The towels smile( poor quality laundry service). It is extremely hot. There is no air conditioning. They have a poor quality fan. You cannot regulate normal temperature in the room. It is a small bedroom. They offer 2 tv canals. The carpet in the rooms extremely old. The staff are master to say know anything you ask or request. They don’t understand what does it mean of service. They have no service. They are interested only on your money. They violate your privacy. They have the smallest elevator. You cannot breath when is full. The Expedia should not list this hotel in the website. They are experts to destroy your vocation or they make you to suffer on vacation with the money you paid.
