In the family room there is no shower. Only a tub. They claim there is a shower because there is a shower head in the tub not on the wall. Manager of property was not friendly and unwilling to work with us on switching rooms. We even offered to purchase 2 standard rooms if they would refund the family room. Manager didn’t respond.

I had a generally good stay at this hotel, but there were a few things to note. The room I booked was meant for three people, and the photos online showed two separate rooms with beds, which was quite misleading. In reality, I was given a small room with one double bed and one single bed all in the same space. I would definitely recommend checking directly with the hotel before booking to confirm exactly what you’re getting. The hotel itself looks quite nice in the photos, but it does appear older in person. That said, the room was clean and comfortable, and I still enjoyed my stay overall.

The hotel is loud, dirty, furnitures falling apart, insects in the bathroom, mold in the refrigerator, it’s just a terrible place to stay, they won’t see me again.

The staff was very polite and the bathrooms and bed seemed clean. However, the rest of the room was very dirty with significant dust and grime in all corners. A lot of staining and dirt on the carpets.

Old property with average facilities. The chamber staff are poorly trained - they threw out our toothbrushes and other toiletries even though we were due to check out the following day! The Receptionist just shrugged its shoulders. Other than that, location was great.

This was by far the worst hotel room experience of my life. The room was so small you literally had to jump over the bed to get to the other side. There was no room to open 2 carry on cases. And let’s not talk about the floor carpet. It looked like it had never been cleaned since the hotel opened. The shower had no curtains, that means water kept on splashing onto the floor. The only reason i give it a 2 start and not one, because the staff seemed nice and and helpful. I would only stay in this hotel if it was an emergency and i was stranded around the area. Just pay the extra and stay somewhere more descent. I don’t know if hotel rooms in Paris are like this since it was my first time visiting, but don’t let yourself get fool by the nice lobby in the picture and definitely check the room dimensions in the description.

Hotel experience

One of the receptionists was very rude as soon as we entered made me feel very upset and unwelcomed spoke to us like we are stupid. They keep your room key you are not allowed to take it out with you which personally made me feel unsafe as all my belongings are in there and when you’re coming in you just ask for the room number with no safety questions so anyone could take the key and say it’s their room, also you’re stuck outside if the receptionist is doing something or not there. The holding money when booking is kept till after you leave and you will still need to pay full price even though they have taken already half. Bed is very uncomfortable room is fallen apart, no essentials just some soap. Only good thing is the hotel is convenient area and also very nice area, night receptionist was so lovely and caring I didn’t manage to get his name but super lovely young boy. Otherwise would never go again, if it was more than 2 days I would have left the hotel and picked a different one.
