Okay for a one-night stay. Upon arrival, very full rubbish bins were on either side of the entrance. Despite informing the hotel of our very early arrival, they seemed surprised we were so early. We didn't get any replies to the messages we sent them, so we're unsure if they got them. We told them of our expedia vip status and reminded them that it involved a complimentary city tour, which ended up being a very delightful 1-hour boat ride along the Seine. Upon arriving back at the hotel around 2pm (which the female receptionist told us earlier was the time we could check in), I think the guy at the front reception was trying to have a joke. Still, we didn't understand it when he told us that he doesn't have to have the room available before 3pm (as it wasn't ready). It was supposedly an upgrade, and although we had asked for a high floor to potentially get a view of the city, we were given a room on the 1st floor which was quite small. The bath towels were of poor quality (the edging was coming apart from too much use) and very thin. We did get a view of the street below, but there was a building directly opposite, so no view. There are some bars nearby within walking distance that have happy hour and the ability to sit on the sidewalk and watch people walk by. The included breakfast was great - they had a good selection and the pieces of folded egg omelette (I think that’s what they were) were really delicious! However, I wouldn't stay more than one night at this hotel.

We had a room with two double beds. The room is small but has everything we needed. Bath room is big and clean. The hotel staff is very nice. They helped us a lot by lending us the plates, booking a taxi for us.

Fantastic hotel! The rool was spacious, super clean, great view, safe area, they give free non-alcoholic beverages in your room and restock them daily (juices, evian water, sodas), have a free snack area from 2pm to 12pm daily, great hot breakfast, internet was super fast, vlose to multiple metro and bus stations... I mean, loved it! Thank you to the staff, super accomodating to our food allergies too.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic —right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the main attractions. The staff is incredibly dedicated and always ready to assist with a smile, making the experience even more enjoyable. One of the best perks is the complimentary coffee available all day, along with a variety of snacks—such a thoughtful touch that adds to the overall comfort. The rooms are a bit small, but that’s completely expected in Paris. Despite the size, they are well-designed, cozy, and exceptionally clean. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, excellent service, and great amenities. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is very convenient for taking the metro. It is in a quiet neighborhood. There are lots of dining options and a wonderful Artisan patisserie right around the corner. Maria was exceptionally helpful in giving me directions to places I wanted to visit. It is close to Montmartre, and the shopping around this area is much cheaper than central Paris. The room is small and that is typical of Paris. The bathroom has adequate space. It was cleaned every day and the service at breakfast was great. Around 2 pm they serve snacks and drinks which is a great gesture to the clients. I would highly recommend this hotel.

They did not have the room we booked available so they put us in a room with basically no windows so that we all fit. The beds were very hard and the pillows flat and hard. Never got a comfortable night of sleep. The room was clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly but I was still frustrated that they gave our room away. The location was good.
