The area this hotel is in is very questionable with a lot of se* and adult shops nearby. It is not a very family friendly area, and I don't recommend staying here with family.

The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The shower was one of the nicest I've seen in a hotel. Staff was friendly, though they were unable over a period of two days to print documents I needed because they were out of ink. The walls are thin and we were awoken multiple nights by people returning to their rooms very late at night. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. If you'll be staying with kids, you might want to know that many of those shops are sex shops. The Pigalle metro stop is just a few blocks away for easily getting around the city.

First and foremost the pictures from the hotel advertising are a little deceptive. Hotel located in the "red light district" of Paris, so be mindful if you have children. Right next door is a french peep establishment. I understand it may be part of the cultural esthetics but this needs to be disclosed in the hotel advertisement. Secondly, rooms are small but people smoking from the street allows smoke to enter your room from the bathroom window. In sum, very average room on the level of a truck stop motel somewhere in Vegas.

There was no detail about the hotel being in the red light district of Paris. If I didn’t have my kids it wouldn’t have been a big deal. Hotel and rooms were not well maintained and the felt extremely dirty.
