We stayed for a night due to logistical issues. Staff was really nice and friendly but the decor was interesting and plasticie.. Our room’s shower didn’t drain so we had to shower in cold standing water in the morning.

Set expectations did not meet the service. Hotel service desk stated that the soft bar will be open 2pm to 2am every day (coffee water etc.). With this knowledge we came to our room and there wasn't any water at the hotel soft bar and all other stores were closed for the night. While we asked the service desk for water they stated they didn't have the key to provide us with water, 2 days in a row. Expectations at walk in were wonderful, but reality was not that much.

It is a very cozy small hotel located in an area full of coffee shop, restaurants. The whole building is same kind of building as other residential apartments and giving us a feeling that we are living like a local not tourists in Paris. The only down side is, the fan in toilet is not working and we have to open window to ventilate..

The picture of the hotel is fake. The building on the picture is located close to the hotel, but this is not it. The room was tiny, very small bathroom. It looks like a cheap motel, rather than hotel.

We travelled as a couple and found this hotel extremely safe, just 1minute walk from M12 metro station. Front desk is extremely friendly and Tommy(I think so) helped us to change a room immediately when we didn’t like the small room on 6th floor as it touched my head when we went in. I’d highly recommend this to anyone visiting Paris. I think few people who get a room on 1st floor might hear metro noise so be mindfully of that!

The staff was wonderful. Air conditioning worked well. Room was large and plenty of space for our luggage. Bathroom was large as well. Bed was king sized. Lobby and terrace area was lovely. The location was also perfect. It also has an elevator. The price point is amazing. I couldn’t believe how inexpensive it is to stay here.
