During the first night of my 5 night reservation, I noticed that the button for the toilet stuck, and the toilet would keep running. I told management about it the morning after my night, and they said they would fix it.
The next 2 nights I didn't notice the issue happen again.
On the 4th night, the issue happened again at 5am, and did not stop. It was so loud that it kept me awake even with the door closed. I told management again, and they said they would fix it while I was gone for the day (tired because I didn't sleep enough).
That night, I returned and immediately the issue happened again. It was nearly 2 am and I went downstairs to talk to management for a 3rd time. I asked for a new room bit they said they were booked full. The night manager came to the room, opened part of the wall and made the sound stop.
In the morning I spoke with the Owner while I was checking out, and I told her about the whole experience. She apologized and told me she would refund 200 Euros (about 1 night refund out of the 5 nights I stayed). I said thank you.
Overall the hotel is fine, and I liked the location, it was just very frustrating to have such a simple repair go ignored after my repeated requests to address it.
