This hotel has fine service and the rooms are large, with a mini-fridge. It's in a quiet location, with not much to see around it, which I guess can be considered a plus (it's in real Paris, not tourist Paris). Slight problems: It's not that sound-insulated, and the breakfast is not a fabulous deal (no problem, there are a number of nice boulangeries in the area where you can get a fine one).
I will say this: If you don't speak French and have never been to Paris before, this hotel is quite a good one for you. It's very language-capable and tourist-friendly. It doesn't seem like the place a French person visiting the city would stay, but for you that's fine.
