Every single staff I encountered was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, very close to Champs Elysees. I enjoyed my stay and would visit again. The only thing I didn’t fancy was that in some of the room options, the toilets are separate from the bathroom. To some, this isn’t necessarily a bad thing. However, there is no wash sink in the toilets. This means you have to do the business in the toilet, and then go to the bathroom to wash. This is strange to me, as I haven’t seen it before. Other than that, it was a very good experience.

The recent renovation is stylish and sophisticated, creating a truly inviting atmosphere. Its central location is unbeatable, offering easy access to iconic sights and upscale shopping. The contemporary rooms are comfortable and well-designed, providing a relaxing retreat. However, the real gem is the rare inclusion of a pool and spa – a luxurious bonus after a day of exploring Paris. Service throughout my stay was excellent; the staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The varied continental breakfast provided a great start to each day. You couldn’t find a more welcoming Reception staff. In the end they felt like great friends. Nothing was too much trouble. This was our first time staying at this hotel and we would definitely recommend and stay here again ourselves. The room was very clean (although small by Canadian standards) and had a wonderful view. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was a hit after long days of walking- the hotel is very close to a metro station, which is also very easy to use.

We came to Paris from New York for a week around New Years and had a great stay at La Villa Haussman. The staff was outstanding and super accommodating of our early check in request following an overnight flight. The brunch at the on site restaurant on New Years Day was great. And our room (and views) were incredible. The neighborhood is a bit away from the touristy areas of Paris (which we loved) so we were able to explore a few local stores and restaurants. Would stay here again without a doubt!

We absolutely loved this hotel and will return. The included breakfast was good. Although I have had better at other Paris hotels, this was good. My only feedback is for them to do a better job keeping the pool and sauna cleaner...that is why I provided 4 stars for the property condition instead of 5.
