I am writing to formally express our concerns regarding our recent stay at Le Grey Hotel from July 26 to July 31, 2025, in rooms 33 and 34. While we were initially excited about our stay at your esteemed four-star boutique hotel, unfortunately, several unresolved issues significantly impacted our comfort and overall experience. Room 33 – Air Conditioning and Ventilation Issues The air conditioning unit in Room 33 was non-functional throughout the entire stay, which made the room extremely uncomfortable, especially given the summer temperatures. In addition, the washroom ventilation system was also not operational, resulting in excessive humidity and stale air, making it difficult to breathe and relax in the space. Moreover, for two consecutive days, there was a strong foul odor emanating from the washroom area. We are unsure whether it originated from the drain or another source, but it was very unpleasant. Room 34 – Inadequate Cooling Room 34 had limited cool air output, which made it uncomfortable for the guests staying there as well. Although it was slightly better than Room 33, the temperature was still far from acceptable for a room advertised as air-conditioned. Response and Follow-Up We raised these issues daily with the hotel staff, who assured us that someone was working on resolving them. We were informed at one point that the air conditioning was out of gas; however, no permanent fix was made during our entire stay. Only on the last night were we provided wi

The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Our room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is close to Moulon Rouge, bus and subway, and restaurant options. A lovely breakfast was included (eggs, bacon, pastries, fruit, cereal, meats and cheeses). A real gem.

Really nice location, and balcony view was beautiful. Interesting that there is no swipe for the front door and you must wait for hotel staff to open at early hours of the night/morning. Great vanity items in the bathroom. We had a mouse spider in the curtain of our room which wasn't ideal when is ran over my hand in the middle of the night

Great location in the 9th district of Paris. Restaurants, bars, pastry shops and wine shops are just moments away. Nice quiet area that is very safe. Le Grey Hotel is a quaint and clean hotel. Staff is always accommodating. Special thanks the night manager Uri was exceptional. He provided us with countless suggestions. We’ll be back in November.
