This is an older hotel, and you do get what you pay for. It is simple, but clean. Upkeep is middling, but front desk staff is helpful and polite. My room smelled pretty strongly of things people smoke, and the window in the bathroom was open (no screen) when I got there. There was also no upper lock on the door, and no toilet paper when I arrived. Shower pressure isn’t great, but water was hot. There is a lot of noise both in the room (fridge and other occasional popping sounds) and outside at night. The bed was comfortable though and it was fine for a “passing through” night.
It was very convenient for my family and I. No complaints . My in laws have stayed here before this was there second time and my first and we will for sure continue to stay here for our next trip.

We requested a non smoking room and we were in the strongest smelling smoking room. The TV didn’t work they said they’d be back with a new tv and never returned and never let us know they didn’t have a tv. There was holes in the bathroom door haphazardly patched. When we asked for a discount the guy said he had to talk to his boss and he’d get call to us we never heard another word!

The front desk person was kind and nice. However, I couldn't get comfortable because the bathroom window lock was broken, the screen was torn. The air conditioner didn't have a front cover on it so, I am sure it was blowing dirty air, and the parking lot was very dirty. It had nails and construction type material. I was afraid of getting a nail in my tire.
The room was ridiculous. There was a small portable heater on the table that was the only heat in the room and it was so noisy. The tv didnt work and the mini fridge was broken with old food inside! The only half decent thing was the bed. I definitely wont stay here again
Not very clean. Tight parking lot which was hard to get in and out of. Fine for one night.

When we arrived to check in they informed us that they were completely booked and had no available rooms. Even though I had made a reservation through Expedia 2 weeks prior! Working with Heber Inn and Expedia to find a new place to stay took over 2 hours. We were in town for a dance competition and we didn’t get to our new hotel until 11 pm. Horrible service with both Expedia and Heber Inn.

My reservation was not held and the hotel was full. In ither words i didn't have a room upon arrival
Where do I even start? This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had and I stay at a lot of hotels. When I went to check in, the host refused to use the card on file at hotels.com to pay for the room. He insisted he had to have my card to pay. The host booked me into a room with a toilet that didn’t work. It had no water to it. He knew that and put me in that room anyway. When I went back to tell him the toilet wasn't functional, he sent me to a different room that was a smoking room and tried to tell me he "didn't have any smoking rooms". The smoke was so heavy, my throat hurt after only being in the room long enough to see if that toilet flushed. I told him I wouldn't be staying in a smoking room. His solution was that I stay in the original room he booked me into (the one without a working toilet) and use the bathroom in a room across the parking lot. He said I couldn't stay in the room across the parking lot because it had broken stuff in there, but assured me I was fine to use the bathroom there. Um, no! I told him I would not stay in one room and walk across the parking lot to use the bathroom. He told me that was my only option because he was out of rooms. After an hour on the phone with hotels.com, they finally issued me a refund. I came home only to realize the man at the hotel had charged me TWICE for the room because he insisted he needed my card again to issue a refund and instead of issuing the refund, he just charged me again.
