Front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. Check in was reasonably quick and easy. Room was clean, quiet, and pillows were great. The breakfast options were decent - cereal, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, bagel, apples. And the coffee was better than expected. This was our fifth stay here over the years as we pass through this way when visiting family in Ohio. I would stay again.

Very pleasant stay

One of the best stays I've had in a hotel. They're nice and helpful. The TV is huge and the waffles smell amazing in the morning. Staff very accommodating and friendly.

I was very disappointed in the overall quality of the property. We stayed there a few years ago and we're very impressed. It seems management has done nothing to keep the property up. Stains on the flooring, grime on the elevator floor and worn furnishings come to mind. Won't stay there again.

Carpet not vacuumed. Food crumbs were noticeable on carpet. Visible coating of dust on flat surfaces. The hot water coming out of the faucets was so hot that I was concerned that children or older guests could accidentally be scalded.
