They did tell us there was renovation going on so I expected older finishes. However, little things like the shower curtain being too short to keep the water from running out of the tub an easy issues to address. The bathroom never dried, tub drain was slow, and towels thin! Explains the lower price but still not as comfortable as it could be with easy, relatively inexpensive fixes.

It will be better when the construction is over. Seems like a convenient stop at the intersection of big highways. The place was acceptable, but not up to my expectations. See pictures.
The elevators are rough during construction.

Easy parking, good neighborhood. Breakfast is excellent. The reason for the 3 stars is that the bathroom only has a tiny sink which has no vanity drawers or counter top to lay your toiletries on so we lay down our toiletries on the bathroom floor. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so the bad odors linger there for a long time.

The shower had lots of hair on the shower wall and remote control needed new batteries. I went down to the front desk and was told they didn't have batteries and I would get a credit. I went down the next night with the remote and the desk attendant replaced the batteries. The breakfast was good. Not sure if I will stay here again, customer service is very important to me.

Doorways chipped, postit on main elevator to use down button only, elevator dirty, wifi did not work at night, breafas5 hot choices only ham or pork, no yogurt, no eggs, fire marshalls showed up during breakfast , fire incident on fourth floor, construction debris visible from breakfast area
