This is my 2nd time staying at this Hyatt, i never have any issues but i gave a 4 star on property conditions and facility because this is also the 2nd time I've gotten a room and the toilet always feel like you are sitting on the floor. The first time i said maybe i selected a wheelchair accessible room, this time i made sure i didnt, and if I did then its not stating clearly thsts what it is....other than that its a wonderful stay.

Arrived to see and hear a loud youth ghetto group in the lobby. Parking was not included and not well stated on the site where I booked it. I stayed 4/4 and the hotel is still holding a $50 fee from my bank account and it’s 4/13.
