Beautiful conference room and ballrooms. Furniture was remarkable everywhere. However the carpets in the hallways (2nd floor) had a bad patch on the carpet and throughout the carpet was dirty, old and in need of a facelift. Obviously a corporate destination, but some facelift would be a great investment.

Our stay at the Ethan Allen Hotel was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel’s charm and elegance truly stand out, and the attention to detail in both service and décor made our experience even more special. The on-site amenities were great, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and inviting. I highly recommend the Ethan Allen Hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality stay with excellent service. Still has potential.

The fitness room needs work. Machines not cleaned and one cable on the cable machine is stuck in place and is missing the piece needed to adjust it. The guest washing machine had dried liquid detergent down the front and around the door opening for days…I had to clean it myself. Hand sanitizer in the fitness room has been empty the whole time I’ve been here even though I notified the front desk 2x. Great service in the bar/restaurant. Food was excellent and came out fast ( though my 2nd time ordering the salmon, was undercooked). Ed is a great bartender and Kristina a warm & friendly hostess/server during breakfast.

Great hotel!

The associates at the front desk were so kind to get myself and my mom a handicap room to her disability and we got the first room off the lobby. The room was also comfortable and spacious! Plenty of room for us! I was also in town for the Danbury Museum gala and the hotel was in perfect driving distance! Will stay again!
