Barking dog

The hotel was nice and clean, and the beds was very comfortable The problem we had was the people in the room next to us had a dog that they left in there and didn’t come back till after midnight and it whined and cried and barked all night long. I called the front desk and I got nowhere about it. Talk to the front desk lady the next morning, and and she really didn’t care what I had to say. Pretty much wouldn’t even look at me. Told me she would let her manager know, and she kept working on her paperwork.

Great place to get a good nights sleep while traveling. The beds were so comfy, I needed that after traveling through Mexico. The beds in hotels there are so hard. Thanks Quality Inn

Nice room

We were told that they had a water line break, we asked if we could be on the first floor the front desk clerk said she had a room at the end of the hall on the first floor. We were very happy with the room, it was a very nice room, it was clean and quiet. Even if it was right off the highway.

The clerk at the front desk for check in was very nice and personable. The pool area was large and in great condition. It was winter during our stay and at least at the side entrance we used, there was a wall heater right there so help fight the cold when opening the door!

Hotel is currently being remodeled. Outdoors is avverage and neighborhood not horrible but not fancy. There is a subway next doot. A dollar store and McDonalds across the street and a ggas station and grocery store a block away. Inside stqff is super friendly and welcomingg. Bed is comfortable. Room was clean. Water pressure was great. Towells were soft and pletiful. This was our second stay here. We also stayed back in January.. it is a short hop to the RV delaership. Would stay aggain.

Quality Inn in Payson

On our way through, have a daughter who lives in Payson. Would stay here again. Very clean and nice and comfortable but they had construction going which was less than great but understandable. Gym didn't open until 8 which is a little late for me since I like to exercise early. Breakfast was great

Very nice room, especially if you have pets. The floors were luxury vinyl, so great if, unfortunately your pet has an accident. Breakfast choices were better than expected.

We were in the last room in the back. They are doing construction. So you have to take that into consideration. The room could have been a little bit cleaner. Looked like someone had eaten at the table & wasnt cleaned afterwards. Chair was still pulled out. Spider wed was directly above it in the ceiling corner. Almost a foot long & wide.

One night stay was great

Cary at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. My room was clean. It was dog friendly and comfortable. The hot tub felt wonderful after a long day driving. The breakfast was very adequate for free continental breakfast. The hotel is under some reconstruction, but it didn’t interfere with the wing that was open. If I had anything to say, I would wish that the entrance was better lit at night for turning off the highway.
