Patricia works at the front desk. She's disrespectful, has a bad attitude, and expresses herself poorly. She's short-tempered. The housekeepers are excellent. The breakfast (limited variety) is a disaster.

Too many things wrong to list. Under renovation but staff has no clue what units are very old, smell awful, have roaches etc… we had to switch rooms 3 times to get to a renovated until which was still very poorly done and not very clean. It’s a shame because it is a beautiful property with lots of potential.
