Old and outdated hotel

This hotel is in need of a major renovation. It was old and out dated. Our room was not very clean from the tub,sink,bed skirt,window curtains. The window was full of dead bugs and dirt. I woukd not recommend this hotel.

The front desk lady was so freaking rude when asking if we could by chance check in early ( we didn’t expect to) she had the worst attitude and when my key would work later that night all I did was tell her a number she didn’t ask a name or confirm that I was actually staying in that room so anyone could ask for a key and they would give it. I witnessed a pizza guy asking for someone’s too with a first name only and she Lundy told him what room the guy was in witch I thought wasn’t ok she should have called the room first to make sure he even ordered anything. Anyone literally could have gone in there and ask for someone’s room and they would point you right to it. The too had holes in the walls paint chipping off. By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Will not be going back.

Over all the property just needs a good update and cleaning. The mildew in the shower is just gross. The key card system was down and the front desk person had to let us into our room every time we left. She handled it amazingly well.

Been here before but it definitely has gone downhill. Got the almost furthest room from desk. Keys didn’t work three times. Finally girl came from front desk to help. It worked after she cleaned it, but I had problems with it the whole time. The machines with food and drinks didn’t work with credit cards even though it showed they did. Front desk gal couldn’t help with that either. Said I had a $3.75 credit but wouldn’t give me anything, so I’ve got a charge on my card for $3.75 and didn’t get anything!

Our stay at Mr. Sandman

The office staff is always kind and friendly. They always seem to have solutions to all the problems that we have when we stay there. We pick Mr. Sandman any day of the week rather than the super eight across the street because it’s clean and the friendly staff. This is a hidden gem of Legrand, Oregon
