Made a reservation and paid for it through Expedia. However, when I arrived I was told they don’t show it being paid for so I had to pay upon checking in even when I proved the payment by showing my receipt and bank statement. The next morning I asked about it again and was told that shouldn’t have happened and they would look into it so now I’m hoping I get my money back. Also, I wasn’t able to adjust the shower temperature in my room. So that made for a great night!

Property was nice other than weeds growing around the landscaping. Bed was hard. Not soft at all. Breakfast was okay, but the biscuits from the biscuits and gravy were still cold in the middle from being heated up.

This was the worst place we stayed on our long trip. We walked into the room they gave us and it smelled very heavily of cigarette smoke. Like someone had recently been smoking in there. We immediately complained and asked for another room. They stated they only had one other room, a king with one bed. So we took it because we are allergic to cigarette smoke, but sticking 5 people in a king bed was very difficult. There were no roll away beds or cots available. The staff did bring us some extra pillows at least. The kids loved the pool but we were glad to only have stayed one night. We did not feel safe there at all. Would not recommend.

Property isn’t walkable to any food options. Would NOT recommend the local food delivery service as it was an epic fail. The desk person (Heaven) was super helpful once she saw what a mess the Pendleton to go made for us. She recommended a place that delivered direct and it was great.

It was ok. Kind of pricey for what it was, but we stayed over a holiday weekend. AC worked well in the room. Breakfast options were limited. Exterior doors around the building were not secured anyone could walk in off the street.

Great place to stop off for the night during a road trip. Very easy check in and a comfortable room. Would stay here again. Breakfast was decent enough (my family would like the gravy to be warm, but at least the eggs were warm!). Good coffee, good fruit.
