Very dingy, dirty, gross. Dirty floor, grubby walls, spider webs on the ceiling, the air conditioner didn’t look like it’s been cleaned in 20 years, and the shower was so nasty we didn’t even use it.

Dirty, gross, unfriendly

When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was one of the unfriendliest people I’ve met in a long time. There was no hello there was no how are you? Just give me your information and didn’t even say. Have a good day. Enjoy your stay nothing it looked like I was annoying her that I was there to check in should’ve been my first inkling that this day was going to be terrible. We get to our room and it is a very big room. I believe it used to be a small room. Well it had a whole seating area and then a wall divider, and then the bed well the issue with this is the air conditioner heater unit was in the other room being blocked from the wall divider so it was hot and stuffy in there when you slept my husband goes and takes a shower and tells me hey there’s a used soap, rag and bar soap in the shower and it has hair on it of course I’m grossed out and I called the front desk and I say hey did you guys even clean this room the rude receptionist offered to switch me rooms, but I would’ve been downgraded and paying the same price as our suite we booked. not only were there nasty stuff in the shower, inside the fridge was used cream cheese so the fridge was not cleaned out as well. There was some crumbs on the floor in the living/dining area. Overall the room was dirty like it had just been walked through and the sheets changed not much else look to be done. The couches had stuff in them stained really bad. The bed was pretty comfortable though. Don’t waste your money!

We were placed in an under ground room kinda. Our window was at ground level which I did not feel safe at all. The stairs for the the underground rooms were right out our room, very noisy. Our door wouldn't close so we had to put a chair between the wall and door. The comfy chair was disgusting, lots of stains and stunk. Looked like someone painted over mold in the bathroom above the shower, very dingy. Honestly the room should be a closet or storage not a room for others to stay. Check in staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple, but lots of options.

Next time I will ask for a room near the lobby

They put us in a room down in what looked like a basement. It was on the floor below the lobby. We went in at night and when I came out in the morning to find the lobby, I could not find my way back to the lobby. I went outside in the rain and walked around to the lobby. There was no signage down in my little dungeon, saying how to get to the lobby. It turns out the lobby was down the hall behind a door that said no exit. How in the world would I know that the lobby was on the other side of a door with a no exit sign on it? Also, the door to my room was hard to open even from the inside. I said something to a sleepy looking girl at the front desk and she really didn’t give me a response other than she would mention it about the no exit sign and no signage down there for a lobby direction. It was scary.

Worst stay in a long time!

Door keys only sometimes worked on outdoor doors. Clerk walked us to our interior door but didnt offer to redo the cards so i think it is a common problem. Chair in room was SO dirty and gross we immediately put the bedspread over it so we didnt need to look at it. Pool was closed (spa open).

Desk clerk disorganized and needed 10 minutes to find if there was a "clean room" in the system at 6 p.m. Trash can in portico overflowing and when i got to my room, the bed was made but the spread was disheveled like it had been layed on since it was made.

Avoid

All amenities were aged and haphazardly upgraded. Air-conditioning barely worked, doors have light around 3 sides and hot tub did not work. Heated pool was cold and staff took forever to be summoned to the front desk.
