Property suited our needs. It was clean and easily located. Room had fridge and microwave. Simple breakfast with basics. There is no elevator.. ..not a problem for us, but be aware. Pool and hot tub area nice to have but the hot tub was really dirty and needed some cleaning and refilling. Would stay again.

Quick road trip stop

We had a late night check in and the front desk person, Steve, was very welcoming and anticipating our arrival. Our complimentary breakfast was delicious, and overall, our stay was great.

Staff was friendly. Room carpets need to be cleaned my room had Cockroachs and hot tub looked like there was all kinds of stuff floating in it.

Disappointed

The bed was broken when we entered the room, hanging down on the right side. There was not enough towels. The carpet was dirty. Part of the floor in the pool room is slippery next to the hot tub. Seems to need lots of repairs. However, the staff ( the bed was reported first day and someone was suppose to fix it but never did )were friendly and the breakfast was more than expected.

I couldn't get into my room initially because the door key cards demagnitized so i had to go back to the front desk and have them redone. Then i still couldn't get in my room because the lock was temperamental if you slid the cards in and touched the back of the lock then the lock wouldn't open, if you went to slow with the cards it wouldn't open, if you went to fast it wouldn't open. It took like 5 to 15 tries every time i came in or out of my room. And the pool was closed for maintenance, the spa was open but you couldn't swim. And the chair in our room was stained.
