THERE IS NOT A HOT TUB!!! The area where the hot tub used to be is filled in. The carpeting throughout the hotel is very dirty, needs much more frequent deep cleaning. Service was good, staff was responsive when asked, but could be more proactive in ensuring breakfast and coffee is fully stocked throughout the listed time. Overall would stay here again, but would appreciate the small improvements.

It was fine. We hadn't planned on stopping in Pendleton. We booked online and they didnt have any single queen rooms but they put me in a double with no additional charge

Bathrooms were very dirty. Hair and urine around toilet, also the scum in the shower was so thick that it was gray not a white shower. Front desk seemed to be inconvenienced everytime you had a question or concern. The beds were super comfy and clean. Overall a 5/10. If you pay close to 600 for 2 nights I think this establishment should be pristine in all areas.

Back door stuck, could not open for a while. In case of fire this would have been dangerous. Night manager could not have been bothered about it. My husband fixed it. Other people complained as it broke again and another person attempted to fix it. This place is going down hill. It is a convenient location but they don't seem to take care of it. Thank you.

The room was filthy the tables were not even wiped down there was still food on it from a previous guest the floors were dirty . The tub had a huge live spider in it soon as we walked in . The windows were completely filthy could not even see out of them. This should be illegal to rent rooms out like this to take people’s money for rooms this flithy is ridiculous . will not be staying here again

Poor choice

This property is in need of a complete facelift. Chairs are tattered, mattress is worn out. The hair dryer in the bathroom was missing, no coffee pot in the room and when I went to the lobby for coffee they were out.No extra pillow or blanket in the room. Definitely not up to the standard of a wyndham hotel property.

Took 45 minutes to get somebody to fix the TV only had one channel to watch for 2 days at front desk if you were able to get somebody at the front desk I had to ring the bell for 10 minutes each time and we're not very friendly

Very run down. Windows filthy with black gunk in the window tracks. Side door didn’t even lock, so anyone can enter the hotel. Front desk clerk not very friendly at all.

The heated pool wasnt heated. Though the staff said it was on, you could clearly tell the guy was lying to try and save face. I get hotels based on what their websites say they have. It looks bad on them when things dont work.
