Perched two flights up (no elevator), its private balcony offers uninterrupted Gulf views—you can’t get closer to the water without getting wet! Sleeps 6 max, including children.

Freshly renovated in December 2025, this 950 sq. ft. retreat features new flooring, countertops, paint, crown molding, and doors for added bedroom privacy, plus stylish furniture and draperies. The master suite has a king bed; the Gulf-front bedroom offers two queens. Two full bathrooms (one with tub, one with shower), a washer/dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen make it easy to pack light.

We’ve included thoughtful extras you won’t find in most rentals—beach towels, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, spices, wrap, coffee, and zip-top bags. Enjoy the community pool, lagoon with ducks and swans, and a prime location just 1.5 miles from Pensacola Beach’s dining and nightlife.
