Amazing sixth-floor condo with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms right in the heart of all the action on Pensacola Beach at Emerald Isle Condominiums. This rentals features a balcony off the main bedroom and living room directly overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! There is also a private washer/dryer, central AC, and free WiFi. Every room in this condo has a TV. There is a 42' Plasma TV in the living room with a VCR/DVD, and TVs in the main bedroom and guest bedroom. Beautifully decorated with tropical beach décor, this condo is equipped with a king in the main bedroom and a queen in the second bedroom. The main has its own private bathroom and the other bathroom is conveniently located near the second bedroom and living room.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Relaxing getaway

Had a wonderful time.The unit we stayed in was exceptionally clean and the view was fantastic. The oven didn't work (we were informed of this, but not until long after we had reserved and paid for the unit), but that wasn't an issue for us, and I thought the blender more than made up for that. We rested well with the great pillows in the rooms, I would definitely come back again.

This unit was perfect for our group. Location was perfect, close to restaurants, bars and shops. Loved the beach and hot tub. Washer and dryer was useful. Great view from patio. Loved it here... 2nd bedroom could use new mattress in near future.

Great vacation rental!

Had an awesome stay here. Nice and clean, beautiful views and people were easy to deal with. We had a bit of trouble getting in because of problem with gate, but after that small hiccup, everything went smoothly.

Certainly felt secure. Beach chairs and umbrellas were a plus. Guys putting them up we’re friendly and helpful. Kitchen could use a few more pots, but we were able to make do. We were able to walk to restaurants

Million dollar view of the Gulf. Enjoyed our stay greatly. Only a few things we would suggest. Upgrade the TVs, clean or replace the carpets and security boxes were an issue for us as well as others. We would definitely stay again.

Unit needs work

The oven did not work and we had to go elsewhere to cook. Repairman came but did not fix it. Kitchen cabinets were not in good shape and tiles were missing from counters. Chair had legs that were not sturdy.

The location is amazing. Condo is nice but the beds were a nightmare. We barely slept while we were there bc we were so uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on cardboard. Our arrival was a bit tricky too. The access gate was a little confusing but after you figure it out it’s easy. The pool and hot tub was nice! I will say I appreciated a phone call checking in on us the day after check in. It’s not common these days but I’ll say I have to give it to the customer service team!

Emerald Isle Condo - Great Location

This is a terrific location. I've stayed in this building before, and like the location near to Pensacola Beach. This unit was outdated, had carpet in the main living areas, and had some notable drawbacks (no smart TVs). I had MUCH trouble with the front door codes and door security while in this unit.
