Don’t know where to start front desk lady was so rude smoking in the front desk rooms was nasty clog toilets no clean towels the pool was lock when we asks then we saw other people getting to used the pool it was so bad that we left one before ower time which was one day before the check out we wasted all that money y’all expeder really disappointed me this time i used you guys two to three times a year but this was the worse I am so sorry about this situation

The staff is very nice and helpful Everything else is absolutely terrible. The property smells like raw sewage and hot trash. Likely from the run off ditch next to the property. The furniture is stained and beat up. Everything is falling apart. They did go to shopping at Walmart and picked up three of the cheapest beach umbrellas for the pool. The grass hasn't been mowed in weeks, the rest of the landscaping hasn't been updated in years. Most rooms were full of what appeared to meth/crack heads. The entire place smell like cigarette smoke and nasty mix of greasy fast food places. You get to hear the fire station sirens about every 15 minutes. Sometimes the sirens are drowned out by the constant roaring traffic next to the highway. The ad says "on the beach" that's a lie. On one side of the hotel, you have a taco bell and a gym. On the other side, you have a parking lot and a KFC. Inside the room is much, much worse. They did recently paint....over the mold and bugs. The shower is separating from the wall. It's littered with all sorts of holes and abandoned shotty work. The handle for getting in/out of the shower just hangs on by a zip tie. I would assume the yellow and brown stains around the toilet is just an accumulation of feces and urine. The bed was actually not terrible. The fridge is broken, the TV didn't work. THE INTERNET WAS SO BAD. The towels were stained and yellow. Pretty solid water pressure.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Grounds and pool were nicely maintained. Located within walking distance of stores and lots of places to eat. And just a 5 or 10 minutes drive of Navarre Beach and all sorts of activities.

Clean and quiet

The rooms are always clean and spacious and the property is quiet. Our only complaint is the grab and go breakfast which is loaded with sugar- packaged muffins, pastries, and juices. They do offer whole oranges and red apples, however, the apples were so bruised and had brown cuts that they were not appetizing.
