When we first arrived the room smelled really bad. We think it was because the ac had only recently been turned on. After leaving for a bit with the ac all the way down the room didn’t smell as bad. The room also looked like it had taken in water (probably from a hurricane). The bedside table was warped and the dresser was as well and the lampshades had mold on them. Lastly, the lock on the adjoining room seemed broken.

The staff was very nice and very helpful. The room we had was kind of older looking. The bathroom had a constant leak coming from the tub and the tiles stayed wet and had a strange smell to it.

We had four people checked into the room. They gave us three towels. We went to get more and they said there’s no available towels. They did not clean our room because they said they did not have housekeeping available. The room was disgusting and humid and no hot water the hot water had to run for 15 minutes before it got warm Worst experience ever.

The hotel doesn't even provide normal-sized pillows for guests. The bed pillows are small, square pillows almost as if they were decorative pillows with the covers removed. I was glad my girlfriend and I brought our own pillows on our trip, because we would have had a very bad time. The bed itself was not super comfortable either; it felt like it was a very old mattress and provided very little support. The bathtub has a weird slope to it so that you cannot stand up straight when taking a shower. The tub also did not drain water effectively. Some of the towels and wash cloths provided were not cleaned properly prior to being provided to us; they are also extremely low quality and are scratchy more than anything else. Additionally, the room had a bad smell, almost as if it used to be a room that allowed smoking and then a poor job was done at covering up the smell. The only positive thing I can say is the woman at the counter in the lobby was very nice and friendly. However, that wasn't enough to offset the negatives of the room. I would not stay here again.

Parking is a minor issue. Property is clean. Rooms are basic with a fridge and microwave. Floors do not have any rugs and they are very cold to the feet. Bed is comfortable and spacious. Rooms were cleaned daily but the bed was not made, however towels were replaced. A listing of cable channels would be beneficial. Hot water was immediate and plentiful. Mini breakfast was OK.

Poor service. NOT Service dog friendly!

Room was clean and beds were comfortable..thats the only decent thing I can say. Trash company emptied the dumpster outside the building at like 3am. Very loud. Might as well say they dont offer breakfast, as i don't consider coffee, juice and a pre-packaged mufffin as breakfast. The check in staff/lady was EXTREMLY insulting about my daughters service dog. I get that people lie so they can have their pet...but an actual service dog with documentation? She was very rude and insulting. Definitely go elsewhere in the future!

The property is terrible. The rooms were flooded from the rain, the toilet didn’t work and there were bugs in the room. The staff was completely unprofessional and extremely rude. We left had to leave and pay for a different hotel.
