The tv was to confusing to figure out. So no tv. Simple fix get a Roku with only one remote. Plus side was a Groceries and fast food was within walking distance. The lady at the desk was sweet.

Like - friendly staff, location to Navarre Beach Pier. Dislike - Aged faculty, needing a major revamp. Morning Breakfast - small child type muffins, donuts from Costco wrapped in plastic. OJ and Apple juice. Major disappointment. Noisy, A/C units. Guest leaving their TV’s on loud the entire night. For these reasons I would not recommend this Motel.

Needs updating/

The stay was okay. It was an older hotel definitely could use some updating. The door to the hotel did not like to stay shut. Therefore, you had to make sure you secured it issues with the bathtub not wanting to drain. It is in a great location. I’m giving the hotel the rating that I’m gave it due to the simple fact that it definitely needs updating and we had to leave our reservation early due to a death in the family. We checked out early the front desk lady said that she could not give us a receipt because we booked through Hotels.com and that we would need to contact them. I contacted them. They said they had to reach out to the hotel to make sure that we did check out. I requested a refund for the days that we did not stay. They said they would have to check with the hotel. I got an email this morning telling me that they have reached out multiple times to the hotel and unable to give me a refund for the remaining days. I find this crazy for the simple fact that it states that if I do not show up from my reservation, they will charge me for one full day and any fees. Which I totally understand however I showed up from my reservation stayed two full days had a family emergency and requested a refund for the remaining days. The hotel tells me I need to contact the people I booked through the people I booked through. Tell me they have to contact the hotel. Something is not right with the situation so therefore I will not be booking with either one of these again.

Great location, exceptional service

We had a very warm welcome by Celia, she made us feel valued and was very courteous and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and Celia gave us tips where to go for a great dinner and what activities we can do. It was a great experience, mostly because of Celia and we are planning to come back for the next New Year’s Eve.
