The hot water heater wasn’t working & it was getting repaired the day I left, and the king size mattress is extremely firm, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. I wanted to let you know so it can be addressed. Great views.

The view was outstanding. The unit did need some freshening up. The closet door in the small bedroom was off the track (broken), The closet door in the big bedroom was missing a handle (there was only a screw sticking out to grab on to. It appeared kids stayed in the unit prior to us. The remotes for the TVs were not with the TV which they controlled. There was excessive junk in the laundry room and the open network panel there appeared to be a mess (it should not have been open with no way to close it).

The property's layout was exactly what we needed for our stay. However, the WIFI sign in information did not work which caused me to cancel a zoom meeting that I had scheduled. We called the support team and they had the same log-in information that we had and could not resolved the problem. They told us that we would receive a call for additional support, but that second call never happened. Not pleased with their support. There was no toilet paper or hair dryer in the master bathroom. (Extra toilet paper and one hair dryer was in the guest bathroom.) The shampoo and body wash in the master shower were empty. It would also have been helpful to have some hangers in the closet.

The property nice and clean. Some things need updating such as bathrooms. There also needs to be a deadbolt on the door. I did not feel safe and had to prop a chair under the door handle in order to do so. The power was not working in the master bedroom. It was reported and no one ever came to check it out or fix it. So the whole time I stayed, I was not able to turn on the light, use the ceiling fan, or watch tv in the room. The size of the balcony and views were amazing. Sunrises were gorgeous! It was a very relaxing environment and location was perfect. Beach was not crowded at all and you can find the most beautiful intact sea shells as you walk along the beach. I would stay again and recommend, but I would like the power to work and a deadbolt on the door as added security.

Great location, needs updating

This is a lovely property but needs both security and infrastructure updates. The door does not deadbolt or securely shut, which led to a screaming sound whenever the winds were high. Additionally, like other reviewers, I share the opinion that the couch really needs to be replaced. In terms of security, the lobby was not secured, which should be updated as well.

There is t a lot around the property to walk and grab drink or eat

It was quiet. The hot tube was broke and they didn’t have the heat on in the pool So we couldn’t enjoy that. Weather wasn’t great so Jan isn’t a good time to go . The building has wear and tear . But It was ok

Very Nice Condo but Needs a Few Improvements

The condo/property was exactly as listed. It was very clean, nicely decorated and updated, very comfortable, and it had awesome views from the balcony. It is located close to elevator, with easy access to the parking garage. The main complaint I had was the couch is worn out, very uncomfortable, and is in desperate need of replacing. I have noticed several other bad reviews concerning the couch, and I agree with them 100%. The owners need to spend some of that money they are making off the guest fees and replace the couch. One recommendation I have is blankets need to be added to the linens provided. I realize that the condo is mostly used in the summer months, but if going to rent during winter months, it would be nice to have blankets to place on the beds at night due to the cold temps. One noticeable difference in this property and the dozens of vacation properties my family have stayed at in the past is, don't expect enough needed toiletries such as soap, etc. (only a minimum amount were provided thus resulting in us having to purchase more). There were no condiments for cooking or kitchen extras (i.e. trash bags) in the kitchen either...again, just the bare minimum furnishings. Again, the condo was very nice, and we enjoyed our stay. We probably would not rent this property again due to the fact we have stayed in better vacation rentals for the same rental cost.

Very Nice Condo

Great location and very clean. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the lack of communication using the VRBO messaging and the lack of knowledge of the people who I spoke to before the trip. Also the 1 parking spot and being told I had to find a public pay to park lot. We have been able to purchase additional passes at other Condos but that is not the case here. (Lesson learned) Once we got there and called the company listed in the elevator they got us in touch with the local Vacasa office and they were very helpful and got us what we needed. I would be great if the local office number was on the listing.
