Visiting for Bowling Tournament

Pros: Room was clean, service was good. Price was bargain for 5 nights, lil over $400, (Wed-Mon). Location was good, the beach about 5 min away, Waffle House next door, grocery store across the street. Chairs outside the rooms to sit. Nice area. Cons: Can hear your neighbors’ conversations via thin walls and door connecting rooms having gaps and person above you moving around. The window unit AC/Heat could only be accessed with the ottoman since was sitting too high up to reach (I’m 5’9”). Most of rooms are on 1 level, if you get a room in the section has 2 levels would suggest get the upper level. Would I stay again, wouldn’t rule it out. Would follow my suggestion if I did.

The owners did a fantastic job remodelling the rooms so it doesn’t feel like a dingy motel. It’s quite nice. Unfortunately, it was so dirty with hundreds of hairs in the shower, the sink, floor, all the corners,… It was really quite disgusting.

I went to Gulf Breeze house hunting and didn’t want to spend a fortune on hotel/condo there because I will be returning multiple times before purchasing a house . I just saw this online, in an area I know and very convenient,safe and clean! I am staying there again when I have to come down for viewings and closing!

The room was ok but you get what you pay for. The bed was comfy just needed better linen and towels. It was in a good location to get to Pensacola beach.

Once I checked in they never came to the room to dump the trash and never brought clean towels or wash rags.i stayed there for a week and when I checked in it was 2 wash rags and 2 towels.

Location was very convenient. Facility appeared to be more of a extended stay place, which was not the way it was advertised. Several of the customers around our room were very loud through the majority of the night into morning, with tv, talking, etc.

One night comfy stay

Couples trip needing one night stay close to pensacola beach. This hotel was clean, quiet, comfy and very close to pensacola beach, close to restaurants and shopping. Guy who checked us in was very helpful and professional. Room was small but adequate for our stay and everything recently renovated. Will definitely stay here again

I reserved a double and when I arrived they told me my double was changed to a single king... tralving with my sister was crazy sleeping in a single bed... king or no king...no phone .. no breakfast... parking was an issue...etc....

Lovely little Inn by the Beach!

This is a nicely updated Inn quite close to the beach. There was a nice pool area and the maintenance and housekeeping staff were very friendly. Food options within walking distance. The Shoreline Loop trail is close by and was dog friendly. My biggest complaint is no wifi in the room. Thankfully it worked outside and the weather was pleasant to be sitting out. I would come back again.
