The rooms are mostly wood floor and they don’t clean them properly. I spilled water and when wiped up the towel was black and I said something to the front desk and they didn’t do anything to fix it.

Nice place to stay. Only complaint was one night someone had some dogs a few rooms over from ours that was barking a lot. Very loud. Woke me us several times throughout the night.

I stayed here about a year ago, and decided to stay again because I had a great experience (especially for the value!). Just like last time: the staff was great! Everyone I interacted with was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. However, my room was NOT clean-- the floors had visible dirt (like they needed to mopped) and the small kitchenette sink hadn't been cleaned (there was dried cheese and particles stuck to the bowl). Definitely needed better attention to detail from the cleaning staff! T

The bed mattress was a little soft. The floor in the room could have been cleaner and the chair was soiled. Just be aware that breakfast consist of a good cup of coffee and a packaged pastry.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Typically we don’t stay at a hotel that’s not a national chain so we took a chance on this one because of the ratings. It did not disappoint us. Staff was great. The rooms were clean. It smelled nice. We would stay there again.
