The lobby was nice and clean we had welcoming attendant who made check in a breeze. The room was clean but it had like a mildew smell. I would suggest maybe adding some usb plugs. I was shocked to not see this due to I barely use a usb block. The grab and go breakfast was simple for our check out .

Very clean hotel and recently updated. The futon desk was incredibly accommodating and made sure to help us out with any questions or concerns that we had! I would absolutely stay here again. The value is incredible

The hotel was clean and the front desk person was extremely helpful. We had some trouble with the television and he was able to fix the problem. The bathroom was clean as were the linens. Very good room for the price.

Refridgerator in room was not working and the freeze defrosted onto the floor. Housekeeping- Left room at 9:00AM with a maid service requested on the door. Returned at 3:00PM and room was still not cleaned. I asked a housekeeper if she was going to get to my room soon and was told three or four more yet to do and they were leaving soon. Room never done.

Could have been better with better cleaning/upkeep

The room was tired. For example, the floors were sticky and worn. The tub faucet had a steady flow of water even though it was completely shut off. There was a perfume deodorizer intended to cover up cigarette smoke. The electric outlets in the room were so worn that a plug wouldn't stay in them. The back of the remote was missing. There was no toilet paper holder. The paper towel holder was broken. The tub had rust. The wall lamp had rust on it.

Never again

The rooms were run down, white towels were yellowed, and the clientele that were staying there were questionable & loud throughout the whole night-literally stomp-running over our room. Our door didn’t close properly and had to be slammed several times to secure. There wasn’t a phone in the room so I had to walk to the front desk to make them aware of the situation. Nothing was done, because the noise continued into the night (past midnight) and resumed at 6:30am. The area was also full of homeless individuals walking around. The entire area just seemed like it was a high crime area. I spent the entire night wondering if my car was going to get broken into. The breakfast was prepackaged honey buns and muffins (and sadly that was the best part).
