They didn't clean my room at all. They just restocked the towels and were done. They didn't change the bed sheet, and when I made a complaint, the person at reception told me that they were fully booked for the day, so they didn't change the bed sheet.

Horrible. It’s a truck stop hotel at best…. Online shows it as a decent place with a pool. We arrived at 11pm and booked adjoining rooms. I called ahead to make sure the rooms were clean and ready for our late arrival during parents weekend at ISU. They assured me everything was clean and the adjoining rooms were ready. I arrived and was told after check-in that the hotel was full and they could not accommodate adjoining rooms. Ok, no big deal. I was skeptical because the lobby smelled very bad and was dirty. We went to the first room and someone had recently smoked marijuana in the room. It was strong and fresh like a skunk. We walked to the second room and I was hoping my girls would be ok there and I’d tolerate the weed room…. We open the door to a misty smell and I pulled down the comforter and there was dried blood stains on the sheets. I spoke to the same front desk guy and he said he was booked and did not have a cleaning person or clean sheets. At first he argued that it wasn’t blood and I asked him if he would sleep there. He said “No.” No clean sheets, no extra rooms. We left and stayed downtown Peoria at a nicer hotel. We were stuck and they left us hanging BAD after midnight. *Update it took over one month for Expedia and this hotel to refund my money. Never again. BEYOND HORRIBLE.

Visiting family

This was a very nice stay for a week while visiting family. Everything was clean, the front lobby and breakfast area, the rooms and the swimming pool. The pool was super refreshing with the hot humid days. Lots of restaurants, shopping, and gas stations close by too. Breakfasts were good, choice of cereals, eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, toast, bagles, yogurt, fruit, and most importantly, coffee. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the family vlose by.

Good deal for our needs

It's close to the Morton Pumpkin Festival which we came for. It's close to the interstate and other businesses too. The pool and workout room are both small but love that they have both. Pool more for kids than lap swimming. The ac didn't really cool the room much. But it was also in the 90s and I'm a woman in my 40s. They don't have an elevator. The toilets are low for tall or older people with knee trouble. Lots of choices for breakfast. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean.

Basic hotel, my biggest issue was as soon as you walked in the room there was a large white spot on our drak gray walls. Drywall repair. It looked tacky and really made we wonder ehat happened in that room. Other then that there was nothing special.
