There was a moldy, wet odor when walking into the hotel, which intensified in the first-floor room I was assigned. Everything felt somewhat wet, and the tiles in the bathroom area were slick. The fridge made an incessant humming noise, and when I opened it I noticed it probably has never been defrosted, as there was a thick sheet of ice on the back. The bedding was ripped/snagged. Do not recommend.

The property warrants 4*, but the young man at the front desk on July 22nd 4pm had far more important activities in offices behind the front desk than tending to hotel guest. The guest before be had to ring the desk phone for 30 seconds before he came to help. Afterward he headed back to the office area and left me standing there. I also had to ring the phone to get his attention. When he appeared, he had a look of dismay that I interrupted him. For that reason I gave a 3* review and will look elsewhere for a hotel on return trips.

AC did not take out humidity, tub did not drain during showers. Ran out of Kleenex. They should always leave an extra box. Sink faucet sprayed water everywhere.

Staff at check-in was friendly and pleasant. Overall the room was clean, except for flooring. Seemed like floor had not been mopped recently. Had to clean dirt from bottom of our feet before tucking in to sleep. Bed linens, towels, and other surfaces were clean.

It would appear that the building as a whole and the property around it needs a bit of TLC. Perhaps there's been some delayed maintenance and repair on several things. Had a pretty pretty big patch in the ceiling in our room where clearly there was a large water leak furniture in the room. Had stains on it. The office chair had most of the vinyl worn off of it strangely. Otherwise the rest of the room was nice

I would not recommend

It smelled musty and damp. Found black hair in shower. Old and needs updating. In the bathroom, the walls near the floor looked like they had been soaked, possible mold issue. The breakfast was not that great - cold cereal, waffles, muffins, bread. The juice machine was taped with scotch tape.
