When we arrived on a Thursday evening, it was late and we were tired. I got the room key and we moved our car close to the door near our room (#104). It said to use room key, but when I tried it wouldn’t work. When I went in to tell the desk clerk that our keys didn’t work, she said with attitude, “What do you mean they don’t work. Your room is down this way.” I told her about the outside door and she said, “The outside doors don’t work!.” I’m not used to being met with attitude and impatience. It was late and we’d been driving all day. Not a great way to start, but I was too tired to address it further. We went to our room and were met by a strong musty, “old”, dank smell. Again, too tired to deal with it that night and not wanting to deal with the same woman again, we went to bed. The following morning I talked to the desk person about it. She said she’d have someone clean something and she’d spray a deodorizer. We got back to the room the following evening (9-ish) and were met by the same strong smell. I went to tell the desk clerk and said we were staying that night but weren’t going to stay the last night of our reservation. Thankfully, we did receive a refund for the third night and partial refund for the other two nights. Lastly, there was only a super-thin comforter on the bed and a significant hole in the carpet in the bedroom. Very disappointing stay.

Our room was clean & huge. We had a room with living room with pull out couch, 3 chairs, a couple tables, kitchenette & tv. Huge bathroom with sink. Then extra area with another bathroom sink, bench & closet. Bedroom has king size bed, desk, tv, chair & ottoman. Both rooms with individual thermostats. Wish we were staying more than just overnight for an early flight. Have full breakfast or breakfast to go at front desk if your flight is before breakfast opens. 24 hour coffee machine with multiple options instead of just regular & decaf. They also have fitness room & pool we didn’t get to use. Highly recommend this hotel.

I was disappointed in this hotel experience. The carpet was dirty, and I was unaware that this hotel allowed pets. I was stuck in the elevator for more than three minutes while the door would not open. I was scared that I would be stuck with the other 4 participants for longer. This hotel felt unsafe and was noisy. I could hear people running and jumping all night. It was not a great experience.

Bed is too soft and pillows were too stiff which caused back and neck pain. Our room had part of carpet missing at threshold to bathroom. Kept stepping on spike strip. Our t.v. kept getting pixelated. Was difficult to watch t.v.

Only one space left between two big trucks. Dmall lot for such a big hotel. Bathroom was VERY basic. Beds too soft for my taste. Couldn't get comfortable as my knee always bent at an odd angle as a side sleeper. TV didn't work at all. Not important for our stay...but indicative of less than stellar maintenance. Clean room.

Good parking lot, spot. Room was clean, only problem was the cabinet door to the refrigerator was out of wack, Refrigerator only had one cool setting that we could see. However the drinks were somewhat cool
