This was a perfect spot for the two of us. It was in a quiet, clean neighborhood and centrally located for the places we were interested in. It was close enough to the Riverfront Museum, the Luthy Botanical Gardens, and several nice eating spots. It was exactly as indicated with 2 bedrooms, a good-sized living room, and a clean kitchen which was well stocked. However, breakfast was the only time we ate at the house. Rick was very responsive to emails, was very helpful, and anticipated questions before they were even asked. Over-all, not fancy, but a great place to sleep and hang out a bit.

The host was great. Everything was near perfect. Completely above expectations, with only a few minor drawbacks. But the place has some many strengths to it, that it most likely will make anyone extremely happy. Anyone who likes to feel at home should get this place.

This was a great choice for a short stay in Peoria. Much better than a hotel room for the same price. It was a good fit for three adults. The kitchen and bathroom had more than just the essentials.

Rick is easy to work with and we were able to check in early. Location worked for us and the home was roomy enough for the four of us. Also the water in the fridge was great as were the soaps and shampoos in the bath/shower. The only 2 negatives were 1. There was no table in the smaller bedroom where you could put phone, book, whatever. 2. Some walls and doors were dirty and it kind of took away from enjoyment. Other than that, no complaints.

The house was exactly what we needed as we visited Peoria this weekend for family events. Every event location we needed to be at was less than 15 minutes from the house. Comfortable beds, living room, and sitting area in the kitchen gave us privacy when needed.

Small oasis

This little cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath house was warm and had everything we needed. The refrigerator had water, condiments if needed. I slept just as good as if I was sleeping in my own bed. Great place to stay.

Perfect for a Quick Home away from Home

The Interior was extremely clean, almost as if it was freshly remodeled. The kitchen was ready for use with permission to use dishes if needed. Neighborhood very quiet and easy to get to either downtown or other destinations within Peoria.

Got the job done

Overall the stay got the job done. 1 TV with literally no where to sit comfortably. Bathroom was kinda dirty. Had issues with internet password but host apologized and got the issue taken care of. This property would be best if you didn't have more than one child- not because it's not safe because it definitely was just small and not a lot for them to do. Did enjoy the super nice stove and fridge was stocked pretty well. Overall would stay again if it was just me and my husband
