Staff are always friendly at the front desk! If you need anything, it’s usually available. They do their best to make sure and accommodate your needs. Close by food and gas. Outlet stores are right next door.

Poor bathroom light, no in-tub grab bar&Dead phone

Recommend taking a hand light /makeup mirror. Poor bathroom lighting, was like CANDLE Light :( Room phone was DEAD on my end when I tried to call Front Desk. When reported, staff did not appear to understand this is a SAFETY issue, esp. for older adults. NO ONE said, "I'm sorry about that" or "Thank you for telling us" or "We'll take care of it".

Rude manager Jennifer Briggs. Will never go back. Hotel filthy. Rooms old and outdated. Need vacuuming and dusting. Layer of dirt in tub, on desk, dresser, and fridge was dirty inside. Saw bugs in the hallway. Only good thing was AC worked.

The bed was comfortable and clean. We were disappointed there was just one small chair, and no couch, but maybe that’s because we got a standard room. Some of the tiles in the bathroom were loose. We were happy there was a breakfast. Great variety. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, but maybe a little understaffed at times. We would stay again for the price we paid.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The two rooms our group stayed in could have used some minor repairs - room 303 has loose tiles in front of toilet and could use some tile repair/caulking around outside base of tub. Room 301 has a loose/broken front right leg on the desk. In both rooms, the two electrical outlets in bathrooms did not work, which in turn rendered the mounted hairdryers from working. The young lady who checked us in immediately provided us with brand new portable hairdryers, however they could only be used in the bedroom area, not the bathrooms because of the nonfunctioning outlets. Other than that, the hotel was nice, clean and fine.
