Pleasant and helpful staff. The room was ok, a little outdated. Check-in didn’t work, no idea why not. We finally gave up and the hotel provided me with a room for the same price which was nice of them. Breakfast is good.

My husband went to tell the lady at the desk one of the keys to our room didnt work. She got upset and told him dont hold it near his phone. But it didnt work from the beginning and its easy to reprogram the key. The attitude was unnecessary but the room and pool were great. Clean

Location is great and rooms are comfortable, only two slight discrepancies that could have brought the score up was (1) Doors consistently slamming shut (Mabe the pressurized door closing mechanisms could be adjusted or some type of cushioning used. (2) Children running and playing in the halls.

The stay was good. The room was comfortable. The lady that handles breakfast and the breakfast area was awesome!! Weird encounter at check in when desk clerk brought up a tv show and then started talking about how racist it was. Kinda inappropriate and set a weird mood for the start of our getaway.
