Good location for IM 70.3

The hotel was beautifully renovated and in a good location. 1.7 miles from Beaver stadium. It was a great option for the IM 70.3. Staff were accommodating with all of our gear. The air conditioning unit beside one of the beds was annoying. That is my only complaint. I would stay there again.

The Nittany Lion Inn is iconic and having stayed there many decades ago, the expansion kept its original charm while increasing the restaurants and common areas and upgrading the rooms. I had a maintenance problem that never was resolved and the room was never cleaned on day 2 which was disappointing despite asking. The HVAC system was also not functioning properly days 2 & 3. Maybe they are understaffed. However, restaurants were great and atmosphere exceptional. Not sure I'd go out of my way to stay again due to issues that were not addressed.
