The room needs a thorough cleaning and some maintenance. There is dirt and grime in the corners of the bathroom and around the door, the tops of mirror, tile ledges and other surfaces, splatters on the tiles. There is mold starting to grow around the bath tub fixtures. The base of the fridge has white flaky spill material that has been there for a longtime. Both chairs are stained. The shower curtain is tearing in multiple places. The light bulb is broken by the bedside lamp. There’s a crack on one of the windows. The TV remote won’t turn on/off, has to be turned on manually. Also no coffee, the GFI was triggered and the jets don’t work in the hot tub. The staff were friendly and helpful, though.

Upon walking into the pool area it smelled stronly of mold. The hot tub was extremely dirty. The water in the hot tub had hair,dried leaves,a few dead spiders and scum floating around to the point of it being very cloudy and visually dirty. The spots where you sit were extremely slimey. We got out immediately. The jets were also not working. They was no towels in the pool area and only 2 other people that were in the pool at the time we were in that area. The room was beautiful.We stayed in the luxery suite.Room 204. The bed was extremely comfortable. The jacuzi in the bedroom had a broken push button to start the jets and was visable dirty around the buttons and jacuzzi. You could see hair everywhere. The breakfast was okay wish they had the juice machine up and running instead of the very small juice boxes that they had. The sausage was shriveled up dry. But the biscuits and gravy were ok. The front desk employee was very kind and respectful. But wasnt at the desk much at all. We wish this was a different experience.As we enjoy American inn normally. I genuinely hope these issues get fixed so we can come back.

The highlight of the stay was the manager at the front desk, Jared. He was absolutely superb and accommodated everything i needed. Only complaint and not even a big one its just Room had only been cursory cleaned, found old dental picks and food wrappers behind my nightstand.

the bed was comfy but you could tell the room has not been dusted in months, the headboard had an inch of dust on it, plus the hot tub was not working and the pool did not look like it had been cleaned in a while, we only stayed 2 nights but it was very cozy with the fireplace in the room and -25 outside, staff was very friendly and breakfast was good

Breakfast was really good. They have hot breakfast on weekends with plenty of options for everyone. Hot tub and pool were nice and warm. Jets werent all working but still very clean and relaxing. No awful clorine smell (which indicates urine in water the stronger the smell the more urine ) . Hotel was very clean, service was good and really cute inside. Will stay again

The staff were very kind, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. However, our room (208) was located very close to the second-floor entrance, so we could hear people passing through the hallway with luggage and talking loudly. The soundproofing isn’t very effective, and we could hear music coming from the main floor as early as 5 a.m. On a positive note, breakfast was good. I would stay here again, but I would request a different room if possible.

The staff was Amazing! They aimed to please and kept things very clean. Loved the fireplace in our room as it was a blustery cold day out when we arrived 12/3/25. Breakfast was quaint.
