Guess u pay for what u get. Property just seems run down. Bathroom drywall is pitted. Wood trim is in bad shape. Bathroom sink had drainage problems. Noisy in passageways. Breakfast was okay.

It was a roof but not much more

It was a place to stay. But I would say have very low expectations. We slept there but it was dirty smelly and trash was on the sidewalk. The beds were not clean. The bathroom is not finished and grimmy. Lightbulbs were missing from the lamps.

Ok. So I read a lot of reviews after I made the reservation. Many gave some real horror stories. We had no real issues. Room was clean enough. Bed was fine. NO BEDBUGS SEEN ANYWHERE. Or cockroaches either. Staff was nice. Place was quiet. Its just kind of an old place but honestly we slept fine and the shower was warm. All anyone needs for a night. Price was kinda high for what you get but for that area everthing is not cheap. We had a single king room. Pleasant dreams!
This was taken after we settled in a bit. Bed had a cover sheet that we took off. Bath area was clean when we came in. Not bad just a completely average but comfortable space for 2 people.

Met our needs. The room was updated with flooring and paint but was not very clean. Floors were grimy and dirt behind all the furniture. Air conditioning worked well and the shower was nice.

The staff was friendly which was good. But they had way too many flies and the room was clearly not kept clean for example . The coffee maker in the room that I was staying at was dirty and the shower had hair in it.

It was wy over priced for what you got. The prices were jacked way up because it was a summer weekend in Petoskey which is always crowdwd. But in addition there was a travel baseball tournament in town for the weekend so apparently they felt they could up the rates to something really ridiculous for what you got.

We liked the fact that we could park right in front of the room. We didn’t like that the carpet in our room was wet. Very small bathroom and the floor in there was continually wet and the linoleum was very discolored. Also, could see daylight through the cracks of the door. Needs some major upgrades! Not worth the money we paid!

This property needs a face lift. I think the carpet is new and the bed is fine but the toilet and shower area is a bit grubby around the edges and in the corner. And the room smells like smoke. There’s also construction next door which doesn’t help.
