I had a great stay at this property. The room was spotless and the location could not have been more perfect, just minutes from the city center with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff was truly wonderful and went above and beyond, even helping me secure a designated parking spot during a busy sports tournament weekend when parking was extremely challenging. Breakfast was solid and a nice way to start the day. Despite the packed weekend, the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Room very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff very helpful and courteous. Best hotel room allowing pets I’ve stayed in - they are usually smelly, have the worst beds and flooring is in need of repair. Not here - everything was top notch! This is my new go to place when I’m in town!

Overall, our stay was pleasant and the front office staff, maintenance, and restaurant staff were great. However, while attempting to open the closet, the entire door fell on my five-year-old grand child! She was able to hold up the door for a second while I rushed to grab it. But she could have been seriously injured. We let the staff know but have not heard a word back from management, even after calling to follow up.

We had a lovely stay. The facility was clean and peaceful. I didn't eat breakfast but it smelled good. Beds were comfortable and the location is perfect for shopping. The only complaint would be that the refrigerator didn't get cold enough. Other than that, excellent.
