Parking access was the best part of this hotel. The actual hotel amenities and atmosphere of the hotel had a lot to strive for. We had two rooms for 5 adults and we never received new towels or any visit from housekeeping to remove trash, etc. The baths didn’t include any soap or body wash, though they did have larger bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The only bar of soap was at the sink that was shown as face wash. When w e asked the front desk for more soap, they were able to provide it, but only the same face wash tiny bar that we had already. The hallway where we stayed was smoky, as there seemed to be a man in one room we had to pass to get to our room who kept his door propped open with a small trash can. We would not stay there again.

Road noise can be heard in the room. Bathtub handle fell off when I went to turn on the water. Bathroom was dirty and not stocked. People at the front desk were nice.

The place wasn't even open. I had to relocate to a different place and went through loops to get there. I didn't even stay at the next place, I lost my money to hotels.com. No one would refund my money given I couldnt stay at either hotel.

The Marriott is not a Marriott. It changed ownership to Best Western without notifying anyone with a reservation, and they left with the money that had been paid in advance to book the room. So I was charged twice. Pursuing a refund but honestly not what I expected. Place is more like a roadside motel than anything else. So unhappy.
