The room was clean. I was happy to have a fridge and microwave in my room. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Staff was rude. I understand that it's an old hotel however it should have the basic things in the room. There was only one light the TV didn't work. The only thing good was the WI-FI worked. I have stayed here before and never had any issues. I was told in so many words that I was not welcome to ever stay there again. I would rather sleep in my vehicle before I ever go back.

The staff is friendly but the rooms are substandard at best. The linen and towels were old and dirty. The bathtub was so dirty and stained that I couldn’t use it. The carpet looks as if it was never replaced.

Easily one of the nastiest hotels that I have ever been to in my life. Our “clean” towels were dirty, there were stains all over the walls and blankets. The bathtub was very damaged. Almost all the walls and doors had obvious holes in them that were patched very poorly. The parking lot and surrounding area is very dirty with lots of homeless and drug users. The hotel also has an empty pool that looks very run down. Altogether, I would never come close to this hotel again!

I would like to speak to someone about a refund. the clerk Jessie at extended stay said she would be able to refund if Expedia called her. I wasn't able to get the room due to unfortunate events. it seems that my guest had let someone rent a room there Usung his ID and they treated the room very poorly and because he was my guest I was put on the "unable to stay or rent a room" list. which really screwed me. I worked all day to get the money for the room. we have unfortunately been staying in our car for about 5 months now, and I finally get caught up on other bills and was able to get a room only to be turned away. I wasn't able to check in until late today because my mother was rushed to the ER having heart issues. it's been a terrible day. I just really wish to get a refund or another stay elsewhere please I'll do whatever I need to do. please contact me at 6232209597 or silly.tilly229@gmail.com thank you for your time. Very old facility, but the staff was nice (Melissa). You can hear all the traffic from the I17 pretty loudly. The room was clean; just old, but cleanliness matters more for me.

When booking with an online broker such as Expedia they give you the dumpiest room. The rooms showin on the site photos are not the ones given to the registered Expedia guest and will only be given for additional upcharge per day if paid upon arrival. The carpet was torn, the furniture was old, weathered and peeling. I also saw a small roach near the sink.
