The television didn’t work there was no signal. The water in the shower would either be hot or cold, nothing in between and my daughter didn’t feel safe. The room smelled terribly musty.

I would like to report some issues with the room. The place was not clean, the shower did not have enough water and was leaking, and the bedroom door was very difficult to close and did not have an additional lock. Additionally, there was no microwave, no refrigerator, and no hair dryer.

The lock on my door didn’t work, there was hair on the towels in the bathroom. One of the beds wasn’t made and didn’t have pillow covers. Staff was rude and unaccommodating. I’ve tried to reach out to corporate to get a response, but nobody has responded!! DO NOT STAY HERE! The hotel wasn’t great, but not having any response or way to try to get a refund is even worse!!
