I arrived at the hotel and waited in the lobby for 15 minutes, but there was no one around to check in. Due to the lack of staff or service, I ended up cancelling my booking. I need my refund.

Ive stayed here 3 times so far.. hadda pay a 25 dollar early check in fee. But overall.. the first stay was absolutely worth the tine energy and money. Second stay had no fridge or microwave. But the breakfast is okay. The staff is friendly.. and this hotel was affordable.. overall ill stay here again in the future without a doubt.. get room 106!! Best spot!

The area is a bit strange; it's very quiet, but you don't feel unsafe. It's in an abandoned area where only the hotel is surrounded by abandoned buildings.

I really like la Quinta where I came from South Dakota, they are clean. This particular la Quinta was not clean or comfortable. I couldn't sleep at night, i was bit and wasn't sure what bit me. I had all the lights on and just as i set back in the bed a bedbug ran across the pillow. I killed it and took a picture of it on my phone.

Online check-in was useless because I had to check in as usual at the desk. Worse thing: the electrical and USB ports in the room were all dead. Maintenance was unable to replace or repair. Offered a different room but did not want to spend time testing more circuits.

The bathroom was dirty. The tub was clogged. When I took a shower, the entire tub filled to the top. Two lamps did not work. The mini fridge did not keep anything cool. The hotel was comparable to a Motel 6. La Quinta/Wyndham should reconsider attaching their name to this location. I will never again stay at a La Quinta/Wyndham location.
