Stayed here for 2 nights with family, very convenient location, staff is all very friendly, room is clean, spacious, comfortable. Breakfast was great, would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

definitely will be back!

We enjoyed our stay here! While the facility lacked a little in exterior appearance, the inside was clean and comfortable. Our King Suite was spacious, and the bed was nice! No complaints at all. Would definitely visit here again.

Family vacation.

Good location, such friendly staff especially the young man at night so helpful. We did have a problem with our room when we first checked in. It was so bad, smelled like cigarette smoke like someone smoked three packs a day in the room. The young man at the front desk was helpful and got us a new room right away. The hotel it self needs to be updated but it is a nice hotel and the rooms are big and great for few day stay. Like I said the staff was so nice and the location convenient.

We arrived an hour and half before check in. I went in and asked if room was ready. Lady at counter said no without even checking and said I could pay extra to have it cleaned sooner. Once room was ready it was still dirty. Floor hadn’t been mopped, there was dust an inch thick on some of the lamps with cob webs. There were rust rings in the bathtubs where they hadn’t been cleaned. The tv in the master bedroom looked broken, we didn’t watch it. The breakfast was ok but some items weren’t fully cooked. I have stayed here before several times however it had been awhile. I don’t plan on staying here again.

The hotel was clean, the staff was hardworking and friendly. The breakfast was over the top amazing with plenty of hot foods. The hotel was quiet and the suite was spacious. We felt safe and close to anything we wanted. The entrance (and exit) was at a traffic light so that was super helpful. Our hotel bathroom was clean, but needing some updated renovations. The tub was older, the ceiling had been repaired a couple times, and the door and door stop probably just needed to be replaced. We would stay here again based on how clean, friendly, and quiet the hotel was.

I really enjoyed my stay. I have a family of 6 and we stayed for 4 days and the suite was very spacious and comfortable. The continental breakfast was very delicious. Will definitely stay again.

Very great place for bigger families. Nice that you have your own bathroom. Didn’t like that the lobby and hall areas were so hot. Plus only seen one elevator which was complete opposite of where our room was located.

Old and in need of a good handyman.

The location was great and the staff all seemed very nice and were doing their best, but the building is old and no amount of cleaning would help with the maintenance that needs to be done. Our room smelled very damp like there is water damage. There was no visible mold or mildew, but the smell was very overwhelming when you opened the door to our room (125). All of the surfaces that you would normally touch like the floors, counters, and showers have been cleaned very well; but the walls were lumpy with holes that had been halfway patched, the plug for the TV in the living room was broken, there was rust in the tub, the electrical panel door was just hanging from the wall…. stuff was just old and the repairs that had been done were clearly done as cheaply as possible and were visibly not done professionally.

The room needed some updates. The bathroom had mismatched paint or mold, I couldn't really tell which. The floors appeared to have new self stick wood type tile placed recently but they were uneven and coming up in places, could have been a tripping hazard. The hallway to our room was dirty and walls needed fixed, you could see where the baseboards were coming away from the walls. On the plus side, the AC worked fantastic, breakfast was good and beds were comfortable. They did help us when my son left his cherished teddy bear in our room so that was greatly appreciated. Staff we interacted with were all friendly. Overall, it was just "okay". Perhaps they are in the process of doing updates

Close But No Cigar

This property is kind of old, but very affordable. I probably wouldn't stay here again. But it did have it's positives. The paint was chipping on the bathroom door frame. The bathroom sinks were stained. The pillows were as flat as a pancake. The fitted sheet was so stretched out of shape it would not stay on the bed. The bed spread had a couple of small stairs on it. However, the floors were clean. We chose the property because we were traveling with teenagers and it had 2 separate bedrooms at a very affordable price for us. Also it was super close to everything. It was only a 5 minute drive to Dollywood. One big downside for us was the gym was closed due to maintenance. The front desk attendant point out that it was not listed as an amenity. I checked and she was correct. My bad that I just assumed the place had a gym. Most places do. It was okay because we were only there a couple of days. Overall I would give it a 7 out of 10.
