The property was great. Enjoyed all 3 pools. The breakfast area was nice serving a simple but good breakfast in a nice building towards the back of the facility. Propery is very well lit at night. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only issues were the tvs did not swivel and weren't placed in the best spot in the room. The breakfast area did have nice outdoor seating and indoor but it was a little cramped inside. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Hotel

Best Hotel in Pigeon Forge that we've stayed at. We requested rooms beside each other and lower level, and they did just that for us. Customer service at the front was awesome. The outdoor pools were nice. The indoor pool looked nice but once the chlorine smell hit us at the door we turned around. It was pretty strong. Only problem if I complained would be the women working the breakfast. They was rude at times. But it was free so I can't complain much.

The elevator up to our room was dirty and smelled terrible. We had difficulty opening and closing the door to our room, like the door frame was broken. Our room smelled very old and musty.

Hotel is kinda nice

The hotel is nice and convenient to Dollywood. Room was very spacious. Breakfast was very disappointing. Too small an area with too many guests. We just gave up and went to MacDonalds.

Stayed here three nights with my family. We really enjoyed the ease of getting around Pigeon Forge both by car and walking. We liked the convenience of three pools and all were well maintained by staff. The rooms were basic, but worked for our needs, AC was cold and awesome after the hot days. Breakfast had a good variety, just needed more fruit. It got busy quick, so best to go early. Check in and check out was super easy. We look forward to coming back here!
