Very courteous staff. Rooms have paper thin walls. You can hear your neighbors tv playing. Other than that it’s good for what you pay. Housekeeping knocks on door before 9am. Housekeeping carts are rolling by early in the morning so don’t plan on sleeping in. Some updates have been done but other parts of room need to be worked on.

The only "complaint" I have is that the in-room coffee packages, the soap, and the toilet paper were not refreshed daily. But, that's it. Everything else was excellent, from the check in process to the check out. The room was spacious, well-laid out, and plenty of room on the lavatory counter. The bed was comfortable; the room was easily accessible from the parking lot, even in the rain; the room was quiet, even being next door to the indoor pool and hot-tub; the parking lot is very accessible from the rear street (kinda crazy from the Parkway, but what isn't in the peak October season?); and even the landscaping (including mature trees in the back parking lot) made it feel more like a nice resort and "homey." And, everything was as clean as a pin. I really don't believe we would have changed a thing (except the toilet was a round "girl" potty, not a oblong "boy" potty). We have decided it will be out hotel of choice on all future trips to Pigeon Forge.

It was so easy to check in! The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. They helped us find our many destinations. I really appreciated the fact that the Dolly Pardon Stampede were just steps away from this hotel. We were able to check in at 4:00, unpack the car, freshen up, and walk to the dinner show in time for the pre show. The breakfast had biscuits and gravy, waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage, hot cereal, juices, and so many other choices that were fresh and well prepared. The eating area had outside tables to enjoy. The indoor swimming pool was warm and dreamy with two water falls which cascaded into the hot tub and big pool. The outside of the pool area was also enclosed with a big sitting area with tables to enjoy and big restrooms with lockers. In fact, this hotel also had an outside pool with an another hot tub which was open and ready to use. It was raining outside, but I still used both pool facilities . The laundry room was very clean with two washers and dryers. It was very easy to find our room among the many buildings and levels. Our room was on the main floor. This made it easy to pull up and unload and start relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Pigeon Forge.

It was inexpensive and not filthy. But the common areas were very rundown and smelled terrible. The room seemed clean, but there was a lot of stains. I did not see any pests and it worked for the few hours my family was there.
