Excellent trip. We stayed at a yurt for the first time and loved it. The one problem we had was the hot tub leaking and Stacey had it fixed asap. No problems and will definitely stay again. I do wish it would be cat friendly is the only downfall. I highly recommend this place

Really beautiful place.

We loved it here. My kids were in awe of the inside as soon as they walked in the door. I can't say enough good things. Location is particularly perfect. Must be the closest lodging to Dollywood.Minor opportunities for tweaks to make an almost perfect place a tiny bit better:Lots of room for people here but not a lot of drawers or surfaces to put things. Would be nice to have a second luggage rack.Fridge opens into the living room instead of into the kitchen.Shower curtain was overdue for washing. We visited during a heat wave. The A/C couldn't keep up. Got to 81 degrees in the yurt at the heat of the day (with AC set to 76). Property manager was kind enough to bring a box fan for the living room - hopefully it stays there for future heat waves. There are two fans mounted in other parts of the yurt that help keep those areas feeling cool.

We absolutely loved our stay! The yurt was incredibly charming, and the entire place was very clean and well-organized. The property manager was always responsive to any questions I had and promptly sent maintenance to fix an issue we had with the hot tub. The location is convenient, being close to everything. We look forward to booking our stay here again!

So cute and cozy ! We loved the view on the deck and enjoyed the hot tub. Love the fact that it wasn’t too far from anything at all, about 5 minutes from Dollywood. The loft area was so cute and a nice hangout spot. It is a yurt so if u go while it’s warm it is pretty warm in there, but we did activities during the day so it was cool by the nighttime.

I refuse to ever stay anywhere else. What an awesome place. My five year old didn’t even want to leave to go do activities and explore. She just wanted to stay in the “tent” as she called us because she was so obsessed. Really awesome you guys. Loved it.

Great Getaway

Perfect little place tucked away from the hustle of Pigeon Forge, but close enough that everything was a quick drive away. The yurt was clean, well stocked, and absolutely adorable. We are already talking about a return trip.

Just…whaaa?!

From the moment we walked in we were incredibly impressed by this place! It’s like walking into a Harry Potter tent - you don’t realize how massive it is inside. We were impressed by the craftsmanship required to build these glorious yurts, and all the little details that match the Smoky Mountain theme. We were in town for a series of concerts, so to come back to the property for respite, quiet, and peace afterward was heaven. The jacuzzi was sparkling clean, and we had tons of room on the deck to even do a workout! We can’t say enough good things about this place - we’re looking forward to coming back and brining friends!

30th Anniversary trip

First time staying in a yurt. Great location & beautifully decorated. Had an issue with the AC but called Stacy & she had the maintenance man there & the issue was fixed. Had to leave a day early cause I got sick.
