Good views, comfy beds, clean overall… but needs major renovations. Fresh paint scheme is nice but comforter was faded, walls had stains, and shower would sink in the middle and creaked when you walked in it.

Overall one of the best stays we've had in the area !! Very nice big standard room with a fabulous view over the creek ! For the price you can't beat this one guys ! Great staff !! Even got the late ck out ! Big free breakfast ! Everything was great !!!

Everything was amazing from the service to the comfort of the bed. Only thing I seen wrong was the snack machine was out of order and the building looked like it needed a fresh coat of paint.

Although it was an older facility, it was well maintained and the room was spacious and well set up for an extended stay. The only down side was that the building was about a half block away from the office and breakfast area requiring a walk or drive. Not really suitable for two elderly people in 20 degree temps. I would also suggest grab bars in the shower/tub units. Once again, thinking of us seniors.

It was odd checking in and having to drive several blocks away from office ans then had to drive next day to office for breakfast. Breakfast was poor quality and spicy. There were bugs in our room and bed was uncomfortable.

The door handle was kind of tricky to get open. We couldn't find handsoap to wash our hands and used a Facial Beauty Bar we found as handsoap. While the beds were comfortable we kept being itchy during the night, I did not see any evidence of insects but we think it may be the detergent used or bleach, we had some kind of skin reaction to it. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The sheets did have some rips in them. But it didn't effect anything. Breakfast was great each day. I will say the only thing that really bothered us during our stay was the smoking from a neighbor room, each night our room would fill strongly of cigarette smoke for about 3 hours. My kids and I have asthma and its nasty anyway so next time we would be mindful of that and make request. We had a smoke free deluxe room but I suppose if nextdoor to a smoking room, it isn't really smoke free completely. While this hotel doesn't have all the frills, it is comfortable, clean, good food and budget friendly if you need a quiet place to stay close to all the fun you could want. Also it was fun interacting with the pigeons, ducks and geese on property. Our children loved them.

Clean rooms staff very friendly nice view a lot of room with many options as the two kings have the bathroom between the two beds have 2 tv,s it’s like 2 rooms with the Kitchen fridge freezer stove microwave ducks out on the balcony would recommend it and would stay again very nice place
