I am rating this hotel as I did mainly due to the construction that was taking place during my stay. The room was clean, but I didn't appreciate that I ended up with a joining room. We made sure to keep that door locked for privacy. Another issue was that the bathroom fan/light was quite loud when turned on. I did have to wait a little while to check in, but once I did, the staff was nice.

The tiled bathroom area in my room, room 108, flooded with no indication of where the water came from. It happened in the middle of the night. They did move my room the next day and compensated me with a 10% refund for the inconvenience and frustration of the experience. They had never had this problem before!

Everything was good except for the house keeping. House keeping only came into our room once, we were there for 4 nights. The bedding was not changed. The beds were never made. We had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. We were gone all day from around 9:00 am and usually returned around 8:00 pm.

Stainful stay

There were stains on the bedding as well as on the sheets. The tile in the bathroom had some black mold in the very large crack. There were also multiple stains on the armchair. I found garbage that had fallen behind the luggage rack and cleaned that up myself. Probably won't book here again.

We decided to not stay and find another place as the parking area did not seem secure. Decided to find a place a little more expensive for comfort of mind. Decided to stay about 20 minutes away in Gatlinburg. The room was just fine and clean but just did not feel safe with people walking around the area and parking lot. Really appreciated the staff reimbursing our room for us.

The shampoo and conditioner was completely empty the breakfast area is very very small. Parking lot is also very small and hard to park in. Check in was slow but check out was a lot easier!

We had a fantastic long weekend here. Our expectations weren't super high because we're firm believers in you get what you pay for. But the beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, service was nice, the hot breakfast was great every morning, and the location is super convenient for whatever your plans are in and around PF. The only downside is parking in the evenings, since it is a shared lot with the restaurant next door. We were lucky not having to circle too many times before a spot opened up, but I can see how it would be frustrating for some. We'll definitely be back for more long weekends!

We were only staying one night or we would have chosen a property with a pool. But the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It was convenient to everything. The price was very good and it included breakfast, even though we did not take advantage of that. I would stay again.

Comfortable beds, horrible parking

Room was much nicer than we expected. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were tiny. The worst part about staying here is parking. Patrons of thr restaurant next door, took of most of the motels parking.
