The room was small, but sufficient for a short stay for three people, but wish a sofa would have been in the room or a rollaway available. There were several long black hairs on the bathroom floor and tub, some folded in the towels, and some left over whiskers in the sink. I do wish you didn't have to walk outside in the cool weather to get to the pool and hot tub area. Rather uncomfortable walking back to the room all wet and cold. The road traffic was loud! The staff were all friendly and pleasant. The free breakfast was sufficient, yogurt, bananas, fruit cups, instant oatmeal, coffee, juice, etc. But the hot breakfast was not the quality I expected.

The rooms are clean. The pool and hot tub were awesome! Great hot breakfast, Kelly was great at breakfast. The front counter half the time the staff ignores you because they are to busy telling their stories from the night before. Happened at least 3 times. The beds are lumpy. the room service people on the 2nd floor were great They have a recycle bin but they don't recycle they just throw it in their dumpster because all plastic, alum, metals, etc must be taken to the recycle center.

This was my second time there and there were lovely upgrades ,cleaning staff, Very polite took care of our needs check in and check out was a breeze, very efficient. Excellent location close access to everything .
