Love how easy check in went. All staff members greeted all guests and made the place feel very welcoming. I loved that many spots were walkable from the hotel, and very conveniently located near the end of pigeon forge and a very short ride to Gatlinburg. Great option to stay if visiting the area

This hotel is not nearly as new and up to date as the photos make it appear. While the beds were clean, and the location was convenient the doors, carpets, and shower were well worn and the entire hotel reeks of over powering air freshener. Not to mention the extremely large (thankfully dead) roach that was in the recessed light in the bathroom.

The location was ideal for us. The rooms were nicely renovated! The breakfast was something to look forward to every morning. Chad did an amazing job of stocking and keeping everything clean throughout the breakfast the period everyday. Looking forward to coming back!
