Management, take notice!

Upon arriving our initial room was overwhelmed with the smell of a wet dog. Changed rooms easy enough. 2nd room had what looked like fried chicken droppings on the floor. The room itself was musty and dated. The bathroom exhaust vent was almost entirely blocked by dust. The fireplace was an embarrassment as the cover is broken and the glass is so faded you can barely see the fire. They say no smoking allowed, even on the balconies, but the rooms, hallways, and vending areas wreaked of cigarette and Pot smoke. The pictures of the property on the internet are very misleading and do not come close to representing the real life look and condition. The balcony furniture was the cheap plastic chairs that were broken , sun cracked, or missing legs. Small tv in the room hung over a large black drop back to give the appearance of a much larger tv.The owner needs to call every housekeeper into a meeting and reiterate how to clean a room. The bathroom ceiling had gaps above the tiles, disgusting nasty bathroom I moved my family out early and booked elsewhere. I question the authenticity of all the favorable reviews….

The front desk woman checking us in was not very friendly. Also, the WiFi did not work at all when i stayed for 5 days… the first room our a/c didn’t work so they moved us to another room. The carpet was filthy, the ceiling in the bathroom had mold. It was nice to lay our heads down but nothing else was worth it. I will not stay here again

1 night stay.

The check-in process was easy and pleasant. The girl working the front desk was professional and friendly. The pools were murky but the pool areas were clean. There was some younger guests who were hanging off the balcony hollering and being obnoxious but quieted down after the police showed up outside their balcony and shut them down. We will be back.

Easter weekend

Park Grove Inn is one of the few places I will stay. The staff was awesome, and the room was clean. I ran into a slight issue, but nothing bad. I spoke with the man who was step-in for the manager. He was very understanding and considerate. Overall, my experience was very good . . . As usual. 😊

This property is very clean and very well maintained. The staff is excellent, accomadating and helpful. We are in Pigeon Forge 4-5 times a year. This hotel most likely is the best value.

Was probably the cleanest motel I've ever stayed at. The location was great with alot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were all super nice. There wasn't any early morning noise from the housekeepers. The only complaint I have is the the bed was too firm. Would stay again.

I liked the fact that we could walk to the restaurant close by when we arrived at night for a late dinner. We walked there another time as well and brought it back to the hotel at night. It was close to many places to go and do things. The room was large and clean. The balcony would be nice if it was warmer. The bed was comfortable and better for my back.The breakfast was OK. Everything was refilled and clean.
