We have stayed here several times and it's perfect. It's close to the Parkway but yet quiet. No complaints. Very clean. I had one question after check-in and it was answered very quickly. I am booked again for next year.

Oct. 2025-We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean, spacious and location was perfect to everything near downtown. Neighborhood was very nice as well. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you would need. We would definitely stay here again as well as recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Great location. Close to main attractions / Dollywood. Loved being able to use the garage as our f-250 and suv were a tight fit next to each other in the driveway. Was given access at the appropriate time. Only complaint was the towels seemed to be clean (as they were folded and put away) but all but two had a very bad smell (maybe put up wet?) , luckily there is a washer / dryer in unit and we washed the towels. We also found someone’s dirty clothes behind a chair in the front bedroom. Minor issue. Beds were comfy and living area was spacious/clean.

Most comfortable beds EVER! Love having access to garage and garage door opener. Unit is comfortable and clean. Great water pressure and easily adjusted temperature for shower (unlike at my own home lol). Have stayed in THIS unit before and would stay in it again. Quiet neighborhood, convenient to the parkway.

This was my 2nd time staying here. I love this place. It's in a quiet, safe area that is close to downtown but one street over so it's nice and quiet. I plan to stay here again next year. Having the garage is a great bonus!

Quick mountain trip

Very clean 2 large bedrooms and a pull out sofa worked well for us (kids age 16/30) kitchen was huge although we never used it ! Very close to everything and in a quiet area-pool was clean and in walking distance-so close to the strip -enjoyed our stay

The house was fine, however, there are ants all over the counter- they did have a keurig with coffee but no condiments whatsoever. There were ants all over the kitchen and on the floor as well as bugs in the floor. The back door handle was covered in a HUGE cob web that i put my hand in. I am not sure that it has been cleaned well in a while.

Great experience

This is our second time staying at this house, and we were not disappointed. Quiet neighborhood right off the parkway. Everything was within minutes of us while we could still enjoy the peacefulness when desired. The house is well-kept and clean. If we make our way back to Pigeon Forge, we would definitely stay here again.

Pidgeon Forge gem

The property was as advertised. In fact we were pleasantly surprised with its comfort and appointments. We were only there two nights, but we would have been comfortable even if we had stayed much longer. Beds and linens were very comfortable. The King bed slept like a dream. The garage was a terrific bonus since it rained during our stay. That allowed us to stay dry at all times. The owner was delightful and very responsive. Very close to the strip and Dollywood but still nice and quiet for sleeping.
