This was first tie staying with this property in Pigeon Forge TN. The property was clean, the room was spacious and the staff were very friendly. We are looking froward to our next time staying with Sunridge Resort.

Will stay again soon!

Spent five nights here and plan to stay again in the future! Within 2 miles of lots of attractions, but still felt very relaxing and peaceful. We loved the room. The 2 bedroom deluxe suite was actually even bigger than we had anticipated! Plenty of room for 5 (or 6) people and the rooms are far enough away from each other that we had privacy. The ONLY complaint I have, is that there are bee and wasp nests all over the place. There were at least three small ones in front of our balcony, and several in the pool areas. Having a person in our party that has a severe allergy, she was not able to enjoy the pools or balconies as much. As this is a resort that’s out in nature, I don’t think this is avoidable, so maybe just something to keep in mind.

Great location for families going to the Ripken Experience. Less than 10 min to field and a grocery store with Starbucks is across the main Rd. The place had everything you need to survive for cooking/appliances. Staff were easy to contact via text and very friendly.

Beautiful Balcony Views of the Mountains. The 2 outdoor pools & Jacuzzi's were sweet too..This spot was very convenient to all of Pigeon Forge had too offer. I will be staying here again Next Year..Had the 2 bedroom 2baths Deluxe Room. Full Kitchen with all appliances and Cooking Pans, Plates , Silverware, cups, Glasses. It was a Home away from Home..Very Enjoyable place to stay..

The condo was very spacious and the views were spectacular. The staff was friendly. We truly enjoyed the property and accommodations. The concierge service was lacking at this Hilton property. They never answered on several attempts and never returned our messages but did want to sell us a time share when we arrived.

The staff is so nice and very accommodating! Top-notch Customer Service. This resort spared the expense on the mattress and pillows! The bed and pillows were by far the most comfortable than any place I have ever stayed in. This is usually the problem and most hotels and resorts, but not this one! We experienced a great night sleep after a full day at Dollywood splash country.

We had planned a 3 day stay but checking the weather forecast it was supposed to be raining the 3rd day. I ask the night clerk if we could get a refund if we checked out a day early and she said yes. The next morning when checking out, the morning clerk stated I would have to go back to Expedia to get a refund. Expedia stated they would work with Mgmt to obtain a refund but Mgmt refused and so I called and spoke to the Manager and she refused to refund the last day stating the night clerk was new and she not have told us we could get a refund for the last night. I would never stay here again due to the attitude Mgmt had regarding our stay.

Was ok for the price

I’ve been staying at this resort since I was a child. Obviously the place has aged. Only two of the pools were functioning and even then they were too cold to even swim in. One being an indoor pool. The rooms were comfortable , but everything was just so outdated . You can tell they do the bare minimum when it came to cleaning.

We will not stay here again. Room was a great size but it was dingy and gross. Cracked tiles, black stuff coming out of the jets in the jetted tub, mold in the bathroom faucets, cracked walls outside, and the smell is SO bad. It took us several days to figure out what the smells was and it's from the Solid Waste Compost Facility that's NEXT DOOR to the hotel. One would think there'd be some type of health warning for this place but there's not. It smells all day, everyday. Makes using the outdoor pool and balcony impossible.
