We have an excellent experience it was very clean and we felt safe. Located in a very convenient area. Lots of shopping and activities nearby. 10 min drive to Gatlinburg.

I originally booked with another hotel, but after breaking my leg, they couldn’t guarantee an accessible room. Twin Mountain had no issue accommodating me. When I arrived, they already knew about my situation and had reserved a ground-floor room right next to the parking lot and elevator. I was genuinely impressed with the care and service. The room was spotless with great amenities. The shower was especially helpful- handrails, a chair, double shower head, and plenty of space. There were two sinks, lots of room to move around, and the balcony had a beautiful river view. Parking is open. A few covered and handicap spots exist, but they go quickly. There’s a spot directly in front of the elevator with space marked off, and I wish that had been designated as handicap- it would’ve been ideal. Still, the lot had cameras, was well-lit and clean, and they issue a placard to confirm you're a guest. My only real complaint: people smoked on the balcony above me, letting ashes fall and tossing cigarette butts in the grass. The room next door also constantly smoked. I have a history of cancer (more cautious about exposures) and am very sensitive to the smell, so it bothered me a lot more than other people. The hotel has no-smoking signs posted, but staff told me they can only remind guests (they did) since there are no cameras on balconies. I wish enforcement were stricter, especially in such a great facility. Overall, very happy with the stay. Would stay there again.

GREAT stay for family

Pros: very clean from the moment you walk into check in, to the pool & the rooms. The entire staff was EXCELLENT & always helpful. The breakfast every morning was a great plus. Con: the beds are a little hard.

Amazing staff, rooms and view! We throughly enjoyed our stay! Staff was very helpful and always had a smile on their face. Our room was very clean, the pool is great and so is the breakfast. We enjoyed being close to everything Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer but also enjoyed being tucked away from the craziness! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back in the future!

The stay we had at this property was outstanding! Very clean, had a beautiful pool on the outside that we used. The property had a balcony that had the view of a beautiful river and was very close to the mountains and strip on pigeon forge! Would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the area and would book again when we come back!

We have stayed at this property a number of times and find the staff are always friendly and helpful, the rooms clean, and the breakfast offers a nice selection of choices for everyone. Additionally, they are pet friendly and make it easy to travel with our small dog when needed.

This was a really nice place to stay. The location was great. It was close to the action but on River Rd so off the main so nice and quiet. Our check-in was nice as we mentioned it was my son’s birthday and the desk clerk left for a moment and came back with a silver gift box filled with Hershey Kisses. We thought that was very kind. We had a balcony overlooking the river which was nice for a relaxing seat. We were pretty close to everything we went to - I think the farthest drive was about 20 minutes and we did a lot. If you are looking for a place to stay in Pigeon Forge I highly recommend it.
